I should say our first visit was amazing. The latest visit we had was not so great. The server gal was not very attentive to our table and even when asked to restock the salad bar it was slow to non responsive to have it happen. It took forever to get our drinks or seconds on beers. This time the manager (tall male) was not here. Or at-least we think he was the manager. He made the first visit awesome. Now I am questioning when is the right time to go to this location. pizza by the slice (and they are large slices), salad bar that is simple but well stocked, AMAZING wings. clean dining room. friendly staff. absolutely my favorite pizza spot.
Our daughter graduated from ABA therapy and we hosted our celebration dinner at PW. I had originally said 20 people, roughly 40 ended up showing up. The staff were I N C R E D I B L E, they were quick to accommodate the extra body’s, quickly placed additional orders, and got drinks out- all while smiling. I was amazed at how happy they were for our daughter and family, truly going above and beyond for our party.
