We felt terrible walking in at 7:35 when they close at 8:00. The server was so welcoming and made us comfortable and didn’t rush our experience at all. She was so friendly and we will definitely be back to this location. I think her name was crystal? She was great!

We went to Pizza West today and it was busy and they were short staffed. Those that were there worked extra hard and our food was hot and on time and it was a great experience. Kudos especially the manager at the location off of giles. Thanks again. :)

I placed an order for the black angus cheeseburger and a pasta dish & fried pickles. The burger came with absolutely nothing on it even AFTER I ensured that I wanted tomato, onion, pickles. They would not have done the burger much good considering it was dry as a piece of chalk. This is not the first time they “forgot” to add toppings to an order I made. (I’ll never order here again)
The pasta dish had chalk dry meatballs that had wrinkles that showed it was just left in a fridge to age and age and age…. The pasta sauce was disgusting and tasted like black olives, not tomato or any Italian seasonings. This was disgusting. My wife and I ate the fried pickles because THOSE weren’t bad - BUT they did not add the ranch like they were supposed to include. Avoid this place unless you want crayola brand food.

Our daughter graduated from ABA therapy and we hosted our celebration dinner at PW. I had originally said 20 people, roughly 40 ended up showing up. The staff were I N C R E D I B L E, they were quick to accommodate the extra body’s, quickly placed additional orders, and got drinks out- all while smiling. I was amazed at how happy they were for our daughter and family, truly going above and beyond for our party.
