I love sitting at their small bar, having a couple of slices (my go to recently has been a slice of Herbie Husker and a slice of Whiskey Business) and a couple of pints of whatever sounds good on tap (they have 8 handles to choose from). Service is always friendly and the food is all great. I've never had a bad experience here.

Had dinner but our service was real slow. The waitress was covering to many tables for one person.
Half of our party had their food come out and the other half’s food was not cooked completely.
We had to get our bill from the counter because our waitress was to busy.

We have ate at pizza west for years, we loved it! Have been there twice in the last couple of months, each of those times my husband ordered a medium pizza the crust was different, not in a good way, tossed the rest of it. Sad because I love my cauliflower crust crab ragoon pizza.it was good. Service was slow but server was friendly. We are gonna be looking for a new pizza restaurant. Should of kept the old crust, it was great.

I should say our first visit was amazing. The latest visit we had was not so great. The server gal was not very attentive to our table and even when asked to restock the salad bar it was slow to non responsive to have it happen. It took forever to get our drinks or seconds on beers. This time the manager (tall male) was not here. Or at-least we think he was the manager. He made the first visit awesome. Now I am questioning when is the right time to go to this location. Little sad to see this big of difference in service.
The server was so bad she laughed for not charging us for water then told us not to return in front of the shift manager. The fact she wasn't fired on the spot or our meal 100% comp'd is unbelievable to me.

We felt terrible walking in at 7:35 when they close at 8:00. The server was so welcoming and made us comfortable and didn’t rush our experience at all. She was so friendly and we will definitely be back to this location. I think her name was crystal? She was great!
