Ted and staff are a dream to work with with your concerns at the priority of it all. From the initial meeting, to a staff member taking the brides plate directly to her seat during a wedding. Ted was accomodating, punctual, responsive, and down to earth. We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding. Not to mention, our guests ranted and raved about our food the whole night!!! THANK YOU!

Ted was such a kind and responsible partner for our wedding catering. He made great food recommendations, thoughtful suggestions on timing, crowd control, and flow, and then delivered expertly on the big day. The food was delicious (prime rib sliders were especially superb) and presented beautifully. His staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional as they manned the buffet and cleared tables. I was so pleased and our guests are still raving about the selection...
