It's Popeyes chicken, so the food is good. But the service at this location has greatly declined since someone bought this location. Orders are never correct to the point I just order thru the app and they still get it wrong. If the quality of the food declines, I will no longer visit this location.

The food is good. If they get your orders right, it's worth repeat visits.
Unfortunately, they have neglected to call orders while im standing there, and the food was cold by the time they remembered. They are often busy, and I'd like to cut them some slack. It costs too much to be forgiving these days, though.
As mentioned, they often miss parts of orders. If you have the time and energy to go back up and get the rest of the order. Like I said, the food is good.

I had ordered from DoorDash and the restaurant confirmed it, and then I waited about an hour and four different dashers until they canceled my order. I’m guessing they just didn’t want to actually make the order but oh well.
The cashier with dreads- YOU ARE AWESOME this has nothing to do with you. Thank you for being the only silver lining in my experience. The lady taking my order could not hear nor speak loud enough to be heard. I ordered GHOST PEPPER BONELESS wings- she gave me PLAIN BONE IN 0/10. My boyfriend ordered a LARGE SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO and they gave him PLAIN chicken sandwich with small fries and almost shorted us on a mashed potato until I called it out. The plain bone in wings are a rip off when you order GHOST PEPPER FLAVORED BONLESS WINGS. Please update your equipment so the person taking orders can hear the people paying to keep this business going. Please update mics so people paying to keep this business alive can be heard by the person taking orders. Again, nothing to do with the kind dreaded haired man, everything to do with the disoriented person on the mic and the Popeyes franchise giving their employees bottom of the barrel technology.

of all the Popeye"s locations this one has got to be the worst. I usually order online, and on every occassion there's always an issue. love the food but customer service is awful.

Dodge St..Ughhhh.......waited 20 minutes in parking lot for food, must have gave our food to someone else, went in asked for our food, re-gave them our order, 30 minutes total, no BBQ sauce, no biscuits, barely any fries. It's a struggle bus there.
When I received my fries. Were sticky. Sticky With mysterious white gooey liquid. Did not exactly taste great. They had no taste except for the exactly liquid was salty here actually. because the chicken was raw it made me cluck so here actually. Like a pilot.

I visited the Popeyes location at 4524 Dodge St., and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The service was very slow when taking my order, largely because an untrained employee was handling the front while the more experienced staff were busy with other tasks. It was disappointing to see no one stepping in to assist or provide guidance—it felt like a clear lack of teamwork.
The food was okay, but the dine-in area left a lot to be desired. There was trash scattered around, and many tables were still covered with crumbs, making the dining experience uninviting.
Overall, I feel like this location could improve both its service efficiency and cleanliness to provide a better experience for customers.
Hello I just visited this location and had ordered a large 5pc tender combo and had two fries as sides as well a chocolate chip biscuit. I also ordered a 3pc tender combo without the drink. However my order was messed up. She charged me for a single 3pc alc and another fry rg for 3.19. We never received that fry. For my order, order number 659 on 12/26/2024 at 8:40pm. I would like a refund for that fry since I never received it. Please help.

Too much late serve
Refusing to make the order I paid for online, and sending multiple drivers back, wasting everyone's time is absolutely wild, and completely unacceptable. The outright refusal to cooperate in resolving the situation is completely unacceptable. I hope all responsible parties are reprimanded for outright refusing to do their due diligence.

They gave us the wrong food. It was old and cold and nothing we had ordered was in the bag. We drove all the way back and the lady was extremely rude and short with me. She refused to even let me get a word in and kept interrupting me when all I was trying to do was explain the situation. I just wanted the right food. I had worked all day and was exhausted and starving and just wanted the food I ordered and warm food.
I was just so taken aback by how rude she was with me. By the time I had driven all the way back to Popeyes it was 10:30 and she told me they were out of everything, even fries and that they were closed and she wouldn’t help me even though it says they are open until 11. So I made the trip to Popeyes, spent money and am still hungry. But now I’m also more upset because this lady treated me so rude for no reason.

Worst Popeyes in town, we received the wrong order and when we return the woman working the drive thru told us they were closing and that they didn't have any more of what we ordered, even though they were open for another 40 minutes. We were not issued a refund for the food we did not receive either. She was incredibly rude and did not try to rectify the situation in the slightest.
I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow, but in the meantime it feels like we just got scammed.
