Unfortunately, they have neglected to call orders while im standing there, and the food was cold by the time they remembered. They are often busy, and I'd like to cut them some slack. It costs too much to be forgiving these days, though.
As mentioned, they often miss parts of orders. If you have the time and energy to go back up and get the rest of the order....
