Went through the drive through. Husband got a fish sandwich. He said it had been cooked earlier and tasted old. I got a shrimp basket and I had the same issue. It was 11:30 A.M. so it should have been fresh. Beans and rice was tasty, but rice was hard. Will not order seafood at this place again!
Sat in line at the drive-thru for 5 minutes behind 1 car. They ordered, I pulled up to the menu box and was told hold on one moment. That one moment turned into an additional 5 minutes. Finally had enough and just gave up. Maybe try going inside if your thinking of stopping there because they clearly don't prioritize the drive thru

This has been my Popeyes since I moved from Millard. This Popeyes is banging. Always good and the service is good as well. Sometimes I feel bad bc they're busy but it's good and the staff should be proud for doing a good job.

We told the workers that the mello yellow didnt taste right and the general manager argued with us saying it was fine i told him to taste it he never did and treated us like we didnt know what were talking about will not be going back there because how we were treated

Poor food. Food was not good. Chicken boneless wings were dry. Wrong tenders I asked for spicy they gave me original. No mashed potatoes and gravy wrong. Called I told them the missing order and the food wasn't good. Said I would be in the next day after work. Manger was rude told me I had to have the leftover food and receipt but had one in my email. Said wouldn't replace nothing but took my money out of my account for nasty food. But the employee was gonna replace it. Manager needs some classes on customer service. Did not get my replacement. Worse Popeyes ever to go to.
I really like Popeyes Chicken but they rarely get our order right. Last week we ordered a5 piece tender with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, plus a 2 piece combo,dark meat. Both were spicy. When I got home there was a breast and leg,not spicy the tenders had red beans and rice instead of potatoes..

Whomever I spoke with to let them know they forgot ONE of the TWO meals I paid for was extremely rude and hung up in my face then had the nerve to not answer when I called 3 more times, no phone etiquette at all!! My two toddlers and I had to share a THREE PIECE MEAL. If its not one thing its another they cant even remember something as simple as honey for them dry biscuits at the 90th location! Food was cold and not tasty at all last time they will ever get my money! I am sick and worked a overnight shift taking care of people all I wanted was a HOT, QUICK, GOOD meal! If you don't like your job quit
We were in there a couple weeks ago and they didn't give me all of my food so I called the manager and he said to come back in and he would take care of it so I went in on Saturday the 16th and the lady that waited on me was super ..Fixed the mistake. She kept apologizing to me and I said people make mistakes I'm not mad.Great store it's my favorite one.. Stopped around 1:30 or 2:00. Once again thank you Popeyes for fixing a mistake. I definitely will be back.Thanks Christie

I have been a fan and loyal customer of you food, but I went in to get a sandwich and tried to pay with a gift card I received as a Christmas gift only to be told it will not be honored. Why? It is clearly a Popeyes gift card with money placed on the card, but the cashier said they do not honor the card.
