My online order turned into all legs. When I walked in to pick up the order, Bobbi the manager verified the order and that’s when we found out the order was wrong. She did a great job at getting it fixed, offered me a leg while I waited and threw in some pies. Great customer service amd I appreciated the fast fix. Thank you Bobbi.

Just went through the drive-through picked up 12 chicken tenders two mashed potatoes and gravy and two apple pies and two additional dipping sauces. Chicken was cold after I waited in line for 30 minutes. The mashed potatoes and gravy were half full with the gravy on the bottom no flavor, barely any gravy at all just some dry instant potatoes that was half full in the large container and the sauces I asked for they only gave me one and it was the lemon pepper. Mr. clean tasting sauce tasted like a house cleaner Fabulosa the only thing that was decent was the apple pies They told me to bring back. It’s not worth my time because the manager didn’t care and told me that’s how the food is and how it taste. I repeat don’t go to this location. Don’t go don’t go don’t go. Don’t even think about it.

Just bad who ever is the gm or dm should be really talked to I run restaurants and how the food comes out when it slow and how slow the order taking was is just terrible it’s like toddlers are working in this store idk but as a person who worked in food this company really should start interviewing people in opinion

This was the worst Popeyes experience I've ever had in all my years eating Popeye's! All of my food was cold from the meat to the potatoes. My boneless wings had NO SAUCE when they were to be sweet and spicy they were plan.
