Ordered mobile order. Waited in line for about 10 minutes. Received my food not in a box but in Popeye's food papers. So weird. So many young kids that work here. One kid even said he hopes the customers get tired of waiting and leave. Wow!! Food cold and greasy. My "butterfly shrimp" looks like popcorn shrimp. Will not return to this Popeyes location again. 👎

Called ahead said they open at 10:30 a.m went in at 10:31 a.m registers weren’t open, people waiting in lobby for front counter employees to get to work. Took 30 minutes to get food. Gave us a complimentary drink for our wait but the pop machines weren’t on so didn’t get the drink afterall. The front counter employee showed up at 11 and sat in front of the customers waiting and ate his Burger King he brought to work with him..

We had ordered family pack of chicken tenders. Coming home we found biscuits missing. This is second time that this happening, worst customer service. Can’t they check if they have packed correctly. Chicken tenders were worst, only crusts and no chicken meat. Fries were soggy and food was cold. I will never go again to Millard Popeyes.

The ONLY Popeyes we will ever go to. The food is amazing and fresh. It's always clean and the workers are great! The manager stopped by our table and made sure everything was good. Best chicken sandwiches anywhere....by far!!!
