After a 30 minute wait in the drive thru, they got every single one of the items in my order wrong. Then gave me a ton of unnecessary attitude when I went into the store to get the correct items. Proceeded to give me the wrong thing again and told me they don’t have what I ordered anymore. Unreal. -20/10
My chicken was dry and crispy. The taste was not like Popeyes Chicken should be. They don’t give you enough mashed potatoes and lots of gravy. A young on staff was using profanity while I sat in their eating. They chicken should be cooked as it is ordered. People want freshly cooked chicken. Not hard chicken that’s been sitting there. The cashier didn’t charge me correctly. The was my first & last visit to this location. People are changing the recipe of Popeye’s Chicken. I don’t like it.
I went to this place after playing with my friends one went to the restroom and 3 of us waited then I was in line waiting to ask for 4 water cups and she’s giving food to someone during that she say to us if we’re going to order or not as im in line and then I tell her I’m waiting then I ask for 4 water cups then she tells us we have to pay then I say how much and I get ignored then as I wait for my friend in the restroom he comes back and we are getting ready to leave since we didn’t get a price and all of a sudden she starts yelling at us saying if we don’t leave she will call the police so we tell her we’re leaving like 4 times and she continues talking.

I went in today, staff is rude no customer service skills , no manners no nothing. They just stare at you then proceed to butcher the order and show no listening skills. When i got done ordering and waited in lobby suddenly the girl can talk & gossip with co workers.
