I hate this popeyes. They don't even care. I ask for dark meat maybe 3 thighs, and they give me a breast, a wing and a drumstick. Not a single thigh. You would think they would hire someone that can tell the difference between dark meat and white meat. Who even reads the order.

Went through drive thru today and there was 2 cars in front of me. The person taking orders would take one order at a time and tell the next to give him a second. That’s no problem. Placed my order and drove up waited about 4 minutes in front of the window before the man taking orders opens the window and just tells me my total with my drinks in his hands no eye contact, no sorry about the wait, no how you doing. (And I think he was a manager because he was wearing a black shirt instead of the orange shirt the other employees were wearing. So if he was the manager he needs to be trained on customer service because that is not acceptable) I handed him my cash and he gave me one of my drinks. I turn to put my drink in my cup holder and when I turn my head my other drink is literally in my face. And I looked at him while grabbing my second drink and again no eye contact he’s just looking at the register. I said thank you and no response. He then closes the window but since being there the lady working and the man working at the window were yelling about because how packed it was and someone in the lobby waiting for DoorDash order and the lady cursing. Not professional at all even if you think we can’t hear because the window is closed. I get my food and again I did thank you and again no response. I drive home and take my order out the bag and one of my orders as the 1/4 pound of popcorn shrimp with the 2 pc chicken tender meal. My shrimp was good, my tenders was super light light light brown and soft. No crunch to it whatsoever. But why were they light. I decided to take a bite anyways and it was so rubbery I spit it out. The fries were cold. My other meal was a spicy chicken sandwich meal and again no crunch to the chicken and light light light brown. If the employee sees the chicken looking like that why would they put it in someone’s order? I am very disappointed with Popeyes at this point. Popeyes employees need to do better for their customers because without customers there will be no Popeyes. Also need to have better customer service especially if your the manger.

DONT BUY A TURKEY HERE! I purchased a turkey for pickup Nov 2nd. Today I went to pick it up and the girl at the front looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs. They DONT HAVE ANY TURKEYS she says. She asks me to prove my purchase because there is NO automated system to confirm pickup orders (so i guess you can just show up at a Popeyes and say you bought something, and they might give it to you). She calls her manager who says I need to drive 25min to a different Popeyes to get a turkey. WOW! At this point (Monday at 530pm) my toddler in the back is screaming because we've been driving up and down Omaha looking for a turkey I ALREADY PAID FOR. This was my first ever experience at Popeyes, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know how they run this business.

I am very displeased with my service I paid 50 some odd dollars and first of all I took my fries back in because they were soggier than when they went into the fryer then I get home and I have a bowl full of gravy but no large mashed potatoes.

They forgot my chicken sandwich in the previous order. The kid who helped me was very helpful what he had to wait for his manager to okay the chicken sandwich they forgot. The manager came out from the back and act like I was in the inconvenience when they actually forgot my chicken sandwich.

Worst popeyes ever i live in the neighborhood they mess up my order everytime i go this time they messed up both orders in front of me so i should have known to check mine before i left got home and sure enough they gave me the wrong sandwiches again and my fries were cold i tried to call em several times no answer dont go to popeyes on L street you will be dissapointed

Got done with a couple of tasks later on in the day so we had a later dinner than usual! We decided to sit in rather than eat on the go but I must say the food was very delicious and hot, used to getting Luke warm food in the drive-through. I decided to get spicy chicken this time to see if it's mildly spicy or extremely spicy, not really spicy at all surprisingly! We decided to get hot apple pies for dessert, why not? We're already racking up the calories with this meal as it is so yeah, the hot apple pies were the icing on the cake for me 😊❣️

We ordered via Uber Eats. No silverware or napkins. We ordered LG. red beans and rice, reg coleslaw, 3 biscuits, 6 classic boneless wings, and 6 boneless garlic-parmesan wings. When it got here, no biscuits, and 7 garlic-parmesan wings. I called and no one would accept responsibility for the mess-up. The wings were so spicy, my daughter or I couldn't eat them. Horrible. Bad food, bad service. I will be posting on my blog and yelp to NOT eat at this place.
