If you're staying at the Westin Element, this is connected to the entrance to the property in a weird sort of way. Bourbon, Scotch, and whisky is their game. Lots of rare, allocated bottles. If you've ever wanted to try something before you plop down $80 at a store, I recommend a place like this. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Bonus if you visit on Wednesday night. ALL whiskies are 25% off.

[IMPORTANT FOR CUSTOMERS!]Proof will charge you twice per their payment process that was confirmed by proof employees.I had a $217 charge come out Saturday when I went there. This was expected as it was total amount plus tip. Today (Tuesday) I have a 167 (original total without tip) charge come out. I called proof and they said this is their normal process if you pay with a card. Essentially if you pay with card you will be charged the amount plus tip, then a few days later be charged again which is returned within 3-5 business days.Now it’s important to note I loved my experience here. It was amazing, however definitely not worth their payment process. No place is worth that even if you have the money.

I wish there were more stars to give honestly. This place was uhhmazing! Where do I start? We were served waters right away, fantastic drink recommendations from Kyle and frequent check ins to make sure we were doing great. The drinks were so yummy. This is the perfect place to come and relax while sipping on a drink. Ladies bring your mans if you're looking to impress him.

The drinks are made to order from fresh ingredients, all mixes are made in house.The bartender was so nice and knowledgeable!!They have outdoor seating available in the summer overlooking the park, so super relaxing. They don't serve food, but welcome patrons to bring their own food. Cost is reasonable considering the quality and atmosphere.

Mu brothers and I had a wonderful evening of drinks. I am not a hard liquor drinker by any definition but I was still able to find and be suggested great drinks. Service was knowledgeable, charismatic and attentive at the right times. We had a beautiful experience but definitely with a price tag to match. Overall worth it.
