Pulled BBQ is GAS!!! (I think that's what the kids say these days) The Carolina Mustard sauce on the pulled pork is next level. Let's not even discuss the beans! Pulled pork, bacon, pineapple, all sorts of beans, and all sorts of flavor. Bring your appetite! You won't be disappointed!

The food truck at the Trucks and Tap patio today was extremely disappointing!! First of all, the event that they were holding was from 2-7. Upon arriving we were told that your food truck wasn't opening up until 4. We hung around waiting to eat. We ordered the pulled mac and cheese entrees. Pulled pork wasn't even an option to choose from. Only chicken or beef which seems unusual as pork should be the main protein option. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. My comments will be similar to that of Joseph Munson's. The noodles had NO sauce...liquid something on the bottom. NO FLAVOR at all. The chicken wasn't even shredded, just hunks of cut up meat. The BBQ sauce was lacking. I was also overcharged for the two entrees. The menu stated 12 per entree and I was charged 16. Looking at your website in comparison to what was served was not cohesive. We couldn't even finish the food. We noticed that there were several mac and cheese entrees in the trash hardly eaten. We even stated that we could have eaten better at Taco Bell and for a lot less money. Not sure if this is a food truck issue or overall issue with the restaurant. I would not recommend your business.

I was pretty disappointed in the food. It was very cold and seemed like it was reheated texture wise. I tried multiple items and this was all around. Hopefully just an off night :/ flavor wasn't full throttle either though to be honest. I didnt really taste any sauce on it. Tried a sammich and mac but the coleslaw wasn't good either in flavor.

Had this for graduation party and it was amazing! Both chicken and pork had the right amount of smoke and seasoning. The beans were the best I’ve had! Great flavor with the right amount of smoke and sweet. The amount of meat in the beans could have made an entire meal for me.

Had the food truck at T&T and it was delicious! The sweet and sassy bbq sauce was soooo good and I don’t always like bbq sauce! Pulled port sandwich and mac n cheese were top notch. The owner was also super nice!

Me and my husband went to trucks and taps where pulled bbq was. The owner was so sweet and very passionate 💕. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the walked pulled chicken taco and some mac and cheese and it's the best I have ever had! I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful people! I stopped by at Trucks and taps today and was just missing them before they had to go to a catering event. When I asked if they were closed for the day Cory overheard and said he would whip up a Cuban for me real quick! I know some days can get crazy in this business and the will to go above and beyond to make your customers happy means the world. I can't wait to try more of your food!

Wow we've to begin...so the food was amazing... I got the Moo Combo wife had The Walking Taco with pulled pork with there sweet sticky BBQ sauce..The Moo combo was busting with pulled Beef and some good packed with flavor.. good to the last bite.The Walking Taco we're just as packed with flavors and even as good as they sound, but better looking when you get them.. We loved the warm welcome we got when we ordered our food making this first time experience even better.. Definitely would recommend and the owner was very helpful with any questions..and if you the owner this is for you ... Raiders Nation Baybe!! So you know who this is lol.. Thanks for the good Laughs and good food. We will be back...
