I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Raising Cane’s. The employee at the counter yelled at me while laughing, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should ever be treated this way. I hope management addresses this behavior immediately to ensure all customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I ordered from here on 11/30/25. Started eating them on the way home back to SD and ended up getting food poisoning. It took two days to get over this! Something went wrong with how you cooked the meat or was something lift out to long...? I'll make sure I avoid this location.

How the heck do you up prices and then make the fingers tiny? Rip off and definitely not worth the money anymore. Used to love Cane's. Always had big delicious moist tenders. Now they tiny, mostly breading and dry as the desert. For what I got for the price I paid, with the size of the chicken fingers I should've gotten 8, not 4, that's how tiny they are now. Won't be back. Can go to market and buy a whole bag of big tenders for less than I paid for this sad meal.

Placed my order at 5:00 pm for delivery at 6:30 pm. At 7:15 pm the food still wasn't delivered. No one took responsibility for the missing order, so I just canceled it. Won't bother to order from this place again. They clearly don't need my money. You lost a good customer.

Everything was good but the best part was the young lady, Rayne, who served us. She was helpful and patient while we ordered and helped the kids make decisions. Then she brought our food out to us at the table. I was concerned we'd missed hearing our name but she assured me she just wanted to bring it to us. You are lucky to have a great employee who treats your customers so well!

Food was good, but I did want to bring up something a bit unconventional. There was bearded gentleman that came up to the counter whilst my daughter and I wete waiting for out food. He introduced himself and said he was there for an interview. The short blond bearded gentleman and I believe a gentleman with glasses and stubble proceeded to mean mug him and respond in a condescending manner when he enthusiastically introduced himself. We sat close to him during his interview and listened in. We could tell he was nervous and believe his mistreatment at the counter had a lot to do with it. I just wanted to say my peace on the matter in case whoever is in charge of the location sees this. You want potential hires to feel welcome, and that’s exactly the opposite of what these two gentleman did. Wish the candidate only the best. Management needs to do better.

I am extremely upset with this canes on this night because I did not get my bread and I specifically paid almost 2 dollars for that bread and as a college student I cannot afford two dollars to be spent on absolutely nothing and I’m extremely disappointed with you guys. please do better ☹️
