Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Horrible We ordered three 4 three piece combos and one box combo the largest finger we got was probably 3 inches. I didn't want nuggets I ordered fingers

I ordered a box combo and I opened the box and there was a long piece of hair wrapped around the chicken strip. It’s Very diabolical And disgusting and I’m very unhappy about the situation. You guys need to do better.

I’ve been ordering Canes all around Omaha as a (not thin) grown adult for almost 10 years. I’ve ordered from this location twice, and this time I put “special instructions” on my order. They absolutely nailed it, so much so that I bothered with this review lol. Even after a ten minute drive home, each fry was crisp and hot, the toast was “bob’d” perfectly, and the chicken was still piping hot, flavorful, and moist. Highest compliments to the chef. The staff is also so very kind and welcoming. Best Canes spot in O and it’s inside the mall???

Just ordered and the gentleman who served us was excellent. Having worked in customer service I know good service when I see it and he treated us like old friends. The food is fresh, tasty and everything looks great at this location in the mall.

They got my order wrong. Manager said she can't do anything for me.

Don’t get fooled because it’s inside of the mall and it’s not a drive-through or walk-in restaurant. When you pull it up on Google maps it looks like it’s next to P.F. Chang’s and cheesecake factory in the parking lot, but that is wrong.

This is the first time I've ever eaten at a Raising Cane's and the place was pretty convenient in the 'Westroads' Mall near JC Penney. The price was fair and the meal with provided sauce/ketchup actually was fairly good. (note that the ketchup container may be stubborn, be prepared for a fight. Anyone that reads my reviews knows I'm stingy with the 5 stars, so having only been here once it's only 4 at this time.

They are the slowest raising Cane's in Nebraska with no customer service skills whatsoever, which is weird since they're in a mall that is busy

Pitiful ass restaurant. Box combo came with 4 nugget sized tenders, NO toast, and barely any fries. No way they boxed this up and thought this was good. WOW wow wow
