I love Raising Fingers!

I got my food and when I came back home the chicken was mushy

Messed up my order twice.. paid for two extra sauce and fried. didn’t get them, had to wait in the long drive thru again, just for them to get it wrong again.

Waiting 20 minutes for a Togo order, you guys have one thing on the menu.

I’ve always had good experience here, but last time I went, the manager was rude to me. I tried to use my gift card that I knew had a $10 balance on it and they said there was no money on it but when I looked at the balance after eating in my car it said there was still $10 on the card. I also tried using a visa gift card that had money on it and it kept declining. The manager started to get snappy with me while I was trying to scan the card.

Toast was only toasted on one side and asked for ketchup twice once at the intercom and again at the window got none

Had not been to Cane's in awhile, went thru the drive thru which was quick but when we got home my meal was a kids version my husband's was fine, I ordered the 3 piece meal and it had small amount of fries and 2 fingers nothing else. I did get the drink but they need to make sure customers are getting the right order especially paying over thirty dollars.

It was terrible we literally had to wait over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to place our order in the Drive-Thru on a Wednesday night that's ridiculous and then it looks like our food was just thrown together very disappointing

Awesome Canes, great fresh food when me and friends went.

Manager Patrick was a huge help when my spouse left her purse there. He reviewed cameras during a rush for us and was extremely helpful and kind to us as he helped us out. We found it and I even told him thank you for helping us especially during a busy time.

Great people working there very friendly and great at what they do :)

This place was very clean, the service was A+ and food was fresh and good. I appreciate a clean establishment and they were cleaning tables as soon as they were empty. Based on this, they definitely earned a return customer with us!

Several visits by drive-thru and requesting hot sauce every time, but they've only given it to me once, so I'll be stingy with my star rating as well. Foods great, though. Fries are okay.
