Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This place is trash. So expensive and they can't even get half of the order right. How do you forget fries in an order? You would think half of the box being empty would be an indication. What ask you you want ketchup or sauce? You are probably going to get that either. Too expensive to not get half of your order.

Edit: After I went back a couple of times after I posted this review eventually I stopped encountering the latter problem at this location.

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)

Almost didn’t walk in because the on sign was off and there was nobody at the counter but all good since it’s still the morning and I understand they work hard and low volume time is a good time to get breaks done. What I found disappointing was that everyone on break/cooks in kitchen/drive thru person were silently staring at me without saying anything to me. Made me feel very unwelcome being stared at silently by so many people and not one of them saying hi or any kind of greeting/acknowledgment. I don’t know about you but to me that says “why are you here so early?” “Just leave” etc.

So why went today and spent Over forty dollars I bought my grandchildren soon and they're drinks. I bought a sandwich and asked for water with a lemon I've pretty much spent a lot of money on this food. And then I was told when I got the water that I would have to buy the slice of lemon! Do you guys really need money for a slice of lemon after? I just bent all that money. Are you that hard up for money? It was ridiculous for you guys to do that. I will never come back there. I told some of my friends on the Facebook post. And they could not believe it actually they made fun of you guys over and over. And over again! 152 so far did yucky emojis it's still going up! Thanks for the experience today

Good food usually long wait

Had been coming here during my entire contract in Omaha to get sweet tea as it was the only place I could find that had any worth a crap. I don't know what has changed in the last week and a half but the tea is half as sweet as it was prior. It tastes like slightly flavored water. Not sweet at all. So much so i'd rather drink water. 4 out of the last 5 gallons have to me been not sweet enough as well as larges i usually get the same day to have a cup. All in all this is about 40 dollars just wasted. Prices are a bit high as is. Yeah they'll replace them if i call and come back but i work alot who wants to deal with that. I've made my last stop at this establishment. Thanks for the 2 months of good tea I did get.

Went though the drive-through with a simple order. They asked us to pull over and wait. Ended up waiting so long I went inside to ask. She said they were super busy and still working on my order however I was the only one in line and only 2 cars in the drive thru.

Wow! As I walked to the door. I saw several employees. Each one greeted me so nicely. I love that. Great customer service at this location. All of you keep doing a great job. I got a 4pc I asked for another coleslaw no fries. Got a lemonade. Everything was excellent. Forgot to take a picture of my food. I ate it while I was driving! 😂
