Every single time I come to this location the service is bad the employees always take 10 minutes to come take my order and sometimes there standing around talking and when they finally do they are rude and don’t make me feel welcomed they have even put the wrong name on my order and when I asked the person who took it he just shrugged his shoulders I try to avoid this location but sometimes I don’t feel like driving to Bellevue I hope that this location improves so I can come to the one near my house more often because me and my 5 kids love to come to canes

Pleasant welcome and friendly service from Alison. The chicken tenders were a bit smaller than the last time we ordered . But , as delicious as always. If the chicken tenders were a bit bigger like our last visit , and the friendly welcome received from Alison , it would have made for a perfect meal . Thank you , Alison.

When I arrived I went to the restroom. When I came out an employee was just standing there playing on their phone. Upon ordering my food the employee acted annoyed, barely spoke to where I could understand him and I had to repeat my meal order multiple times.

It takes 10 minutes to go through the drive-through, but it takes over an hour to get my DoorDash? It’s not DoorDash‘s fault. They’re there waiting. I should’ve just went and got it myself. Thanks for the inconvenience.

The food is great and so is the service. But the atmosphere is horrible, the staff are constantly hollering back and forth about people, vehicles, or something. I come in to eat and relax. It's really annoying having to sit there and listen to them constantly holler back and forth. I don't know if all Canes are this way but I can tell you I'm not going to find out. Use headsets to communicate instead of annoying your customers. I wish Omaha had a Slim Chickens!

I eat canes often and never seen a chicken tenders so small at any other location. Do better, charging for 4 tiny chicken strip that aren’t even equivalent to 2 is not okay.
I took my kids here and the service was and is impeccable. Martin was so kind and understanding of the typical toddler messes. He made us all feel at home, if you are looking for a delicious place for food and a friendly atmosphere definitely give it a try. Pricing is reasonable and I plan to be a lifelong customer.

I came with my family and the workers were not nice at all. They seemed like they did not want to be there. When I told them they got my order wrong, they just stared me until I said something again. I’m not the type to complain or write a review but, it just wasn’t a good experience at all! I regret coming because it just brought my family’s and I mood down! We’re not from here and I hate to say that I’m glad I will never be to this location.
