We've been ordering 25 chicken fingers for a while now. Every time we order we state we DO NOT WANT THAT SAUCE FOR FINGERS WE DON'T LIKE IT. WE tell them at both windows needness to say request as we get home & they have a big box of the sauce. This is wasteful as it gets tossed in trash. They could lower prices instead of putting sauces in orders that are not wanted. SO SAD AT THIS DAY & AGE WHEN PEOPLE are starving. STOP WASTING! we Take out our orders.
Pleasant welcome and friendly service from Alison. The chicken tenders were a bit smaller than the last time we ordered . But , as delicious as always. If the chicken tenders were a bit bigger like our last visit , and the friendly welcome received from Alison , it would have made for a perfect meal . Thank you , Alison.
The food is great and so is the service. But the atmosphere is horrible, the staff are constantly hollering back and forth about people, vehicles, or something. I come in to eat and relax. It's really annoying having to sit there and listen to them constantly holler back and forth. I don't know if all Canes are this way but I can tell you I'm not going to find out. Use headsets to communicate instead of annoying your customers. I wish Omaha had a Slim Chickens!
