Ordered 2 coffees one with a splash of caramel (not a shot, just a splash) since they do not have flavored coffee. Went to the add cream, etc.. area. No cream, they gave us a cream carton. Put the cream in, looked for a stir stick, nope had none was offered a knife. Got to out destination & was remarking that the coffee tasted kind of nasty. My friend opened her lid & there was floating stuff on it. Thought I better open mine. Same issue. Promptly dumped it out. I think the cream was spoiled. Would not recommend or ever waste money on it again.

Rally Coffee is a standout coffee shop that has quickly become a local favorite for me in Omaha! The atmosphere is inviting and vibrant, with a modern design that makes it the perfect spot to catch up with friends or get some work done. The coffee itself is stellar — expertly brewed, rich, and full of flavor. Whether you’re into bold espresso drinks or prefer a smooth drip coffee, Rally’s menu has something to impress. Flat Whites or Cold Brew ar eat go too!
The staff is friendly, inviting and pleasant to talk too!

Honestly, it’s not a terrible coffee shop. It has everything to potentially be amazing except for the barista who is working on staff I could tell she was new and doesn’t necessarily have a driving passion for coffee. If that’s the feeling that you get maybe another company might be the best fit, but personally I look for third wave of coffee shops. The very first question I ask is what kind of coffee beans you have on bar and it’s not a good look when you have no clue you have to walk over to the machine. From that moment, I knew my coffee was not gonna be made right. I think this is an amazing place and they have so much potential and the gentleman behind her was training her which I presume, but I felt like she gave the impression that she knew everything about what she was doing until she handed me my coffee and the milk was scorched too hot. I burned my tongue and that’s not the typical. I immediately told the barista and try to make some lighthearted remarks that even when I make coffee at home, but she wasn’t having any of it. She was quick to make me another one but had little to no in making any kind of conversation. The person behind her however, had a totally different mindset and you could tell that he had an interest and a love for coffee. I was tempted just to ask if you could make me my coffee.
Honestly, I write this not to tell people not to come here, however, pour the owner to pay attention to hiring the right person for the job because it really makes a difference. Not saying that I will never come here again, but I just think you’ve gone through all the trouble to roast your own beans control time temperature everything and you’re interesting it in someone who doesn’t value the hard work that you took to make your product shine the greatest to me. It seems counterproductive. It’s like building a car for the race track, and then putting an inexperienced driver behind the wheel.

Drip Coffee was great! Smooth (not bitter like Starbucks), flavorful, perfect strength -- it reminded me of old-school diner coffee. Frittata was premade, but tasty.

No matter where we visit, we’re always on the hunt for a great coffee shop. And of all the places, all over the world, that we’ve been, Rally continually beats out everyone else.
Taste is the number one factor, of course, and with meticulous attention to quality and detail not to mention the homemade syrups, this is where Rally shines. On top of that, you also get great atmosphere and a fun location. The downtown location is walkable to most of the major attractions, and now with the addition of the beautiful new second location in Gretna, west Omaha also gets to experience great coffee. And Rally IS an experience, and they’ve perfected it.

I always have a good experience at Rally Coffee Co. They know exactly how to make a perfect Cappuccino. Their merch wall is enticing. I think they’ve added seating since I first visited a year or two ago. It’s always a pleasant experience and quality coffee you can count on. I love scoping bathrooms and this was a clean one.
