I ordered a filet, she brought me a sirloin. I upgraded my side to bacon Mac and cheese, she brought me mashed potatoes. Could barely cut into the sirloin. So tough. I won't be returning.

Red Lobster does not honor open table reservations. They say we “jumped” walk-ins but by the time we were seated (45 minutes after arrival) the lobby was empty.

Went for dinner(lobster fest) the waitress was a little short with us with her answer to our questions. Both steaks were not cooked to the specifications we asked for. My lobster roll was completely burnt. Had to drive about 40 minutes to get to this location will not be returning.

Bre was very patient, kind and helpful with us. She heard our grandson repeat crackers when she was talking to another person at the table who need crackers for their crab legs and when she brought those she also brought our grandson some crackers to eat. It was very sweet of her.

Kid-friendliness: Our waitress Bre was very helpful by bringing a bowl of cherries for our grandson. She spent time talking to him. She did a great job.
Willow was absolutely amazing!!! So warm and friendly and nailed my order for a filthy dirty martini! Everything was wonderful!

The atmosphere was almost nostalgic. Me and my woman had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic. All the waitresses and waiters were attentive to us not just Willow who by the way was AMAZING. a new hire? she could’ve fooled me. she handled everything very well. We will most definitely visit here again soon. great customer service and that’s very important to us and this Red Lobster is basically the epitome of that. They bodied it. Thank you !!!!
