I am extremely disappointed in our visit this evening. Upon walking in the door, we were seen and could tell it was busy. We stepped to the side to allow Togo orders to be picked up. By that time 2 other groups had arrived. The hostess ended up sitting the other groups before my family of 4 claiming “how would she know who got there first”. (I’ve been in customer service for a long time. I know to ask the customers who had arrived first.) We were seated. Our waitress was kind, which was the only thing that kept us waiting. We arrived at 5:30 and didn’t get our food til 7. The “bottomless fries” were not upheld. The sweet potato fries were cold and tasted freezer burnt then fried. We will not be back.

Best part of the experience was the kids meal came right away. I ordered a chicken mushroom Swiss sandwich and got tasteless beef. Someone other than the server dropped off the food and ran. Could not get anyone's attention to tell them my order was incorrect. Went though my entire glass of water and no one asked if I wanted more until I was almost done with my meal. Broccoli was over salted. At the end the server told us to pay the bill on the video machine on the table. My husband got one refill on his tea assuming that refills were covered. WRONG, he was charged almost $4 for a glass of tea that was mostly ice. Very disappointing.

Servers here are decent. I like this national brand. The customers were another story. It is not nice to stare.

Got sat, waited 25 minutes, no one acknowledged me. Left.

Absolutely horrible service. Left before we even ordered. Very disappointed

Tonight, we were seated in the bar area. Brooke was our waitress or so it said on the receipt. She seemed in a rush to take our order, when we received our food the person delivering asked if we needed anything else, I said I needed the sauce for my fries please, she never came back. So I waited for our waitress to come around, after 10 minutes I tried ordering drinks on the kiosk and was not able to. Finally after eating the waitress shows up asks if we would like anything, I let her know about the situation "didn't look as if she cared" so asked for refills on drinks and fries. When she returned my drink was wrong and was given regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. Overall was a bad experience.

We weren't asked for our name when we got there but there were very few people waiting. Within 10 minutes the lobby was full & I asked how much longer it was going to be as we'd been told they'd get us seated in just a minute when we arrived. At that time they finally asked for a name & how many. THEY PUT US AT THE END OF THE LIST & we sat there for another 20 minutes while they were clearly aware that they were seating all of these other parties that came in after us. We finally got seated, ordered drinks & food & asked for sugar for tea at the time we ordered. Drinks were delivered, no sugar. Had to wave down our waitress & ask for it again, 10 more minutes go by & still nothing. I went to the bar & got some. 1 of our orders was a salad - with NO jalapeños. Lettuce was not cold, very wilted, watered down dressing, 1 TINY sliver of avocado & a lot of jalapeño. I was absolutely done with this experience at this point. We will not be back. I don't know what's happened to Red Robin but it's definitely not what it used to be.

Delicious food, very clean restaurant and the staff is so friendly. Always a fun treat!

Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegan options but they offer Impossible Burger, a grain based patty and some delicious sides and appetizers. Highly recommend the fried Brussels sprouts!

Worst service and attention ever . My wife took my mother and me out for my birthday to eat here. And I can promise I won't come back here ever . We were sat at a table for 20 min with no server and 2 a sticky disgusting table with dirty chairs and dirty table and a to top it off a short black haird girl sever gave my wife a disgusting look and rolled her eyes . I promise I won't come back

Worst service ever iam very upset and promise you I will not come back . I went out for my husband birthday and we were sat down to a dirty sticky table and the chair was really dirty . But we sat down waiting for the server so we could as to clean the table and we sat down for a good 20 min without a server to help us .. we were not offered any water or nothing and never came to say I will be there nothing . And a short black girl server gave me a look of disgust and rolled her eyes and went to clean a table behind me instead of asking us if we were waited on . Nope nothing we were left alone at a sticky dirty uncleaned table with no server no water or drinks and nothing ... terrible terrible service I promise I won't come back..
