Nice atmosphere, nice staff. The pictured meal is a Southern Charm with steak fries - ignore the sauces, I mixed them. First time ever at a Red Robin and I must say, pleasantly surprised.
As for dietary options, I believe i saw a salad section on their list for any vegans.

Waited a long time for our order. There was very loud inappropriate language from mainly a lady in a dress shirt then watched our server pick through our food. Very disgusted.

The service got better after we ordered but we sat there for close to 10 minutes before we were greeted. Very frustrating.

Charity provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed as soon as we got into the door. She was exceptionally patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. This was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! Thank you, Charity, for your outstanding service!

Hot and fresh and fast delicious food. Fresh hand-made chips. House-made ranch sauce. 20+ burger options to pick from. Great price for the quality of the food. Staff was friendly and explained the menu well

It’s just not what it used to be! Ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger, the meat and toppings were fine, the bun was dry! Reminded me of day old bread that I would use to make croutons. No matter how I ask, I can never get fries that are not wimpy from not being cooked long enough. Even if you ask for extra crispy, well, it doesn’t make a difference! Red Robin was a favorite for many years, no longer fast food restaurants often have better offerings!

Still outstanding service and food. Chris the Manager was very good and loves his restaurant. The menu has expanded and we have tried something different. We have been going more frequently so we dont lose this place. If more folks would visit it could improve business. You will love the food. The Tavern Burger with Bottomless fries and Coke Zero with little ice is outstanding still $9.99. Great Place!

I placed an order via phone and was unable told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up I was told the order had just come in so I would need to wait another 20+ minutes, the only reason I was told is “it’s a call center”, with a shoulder shrug. I asked if I could get a soda while I wait, I paid for the soda but was not given it until my order was ready. I paid for my order when I paid for my soda but was unable to get a receipt because the machine was out of paper. Then as I was waiting for my order the ceiling started leaking directly on me. When we were able to get staffs attention they seemed to not be worried about the pretty bad leak, it was not a drip rather a consistent stream of water. When my order was ready she attempted to hand me the order through the leak, when I pointed out the very obvious leak she informed me that it happens all the time. I think the most disheartening thing was not one individual apologized for any of the situations. It seemed to be the norm.

I love the food selection at Red Robin; always difficult to decide what to order. The service is always amazing but Charity is a standout. Charity really cares that the people she serves have a wonderful dining experience. Thank you!
