Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Was not my best experience today. Wasn't the worst either. Husband said his steak fries were cold. Also never received any refills. Was waiting on the waiter to ask if we needed anything, but by the time he finally showed up we were done ready to leave. I love the fries but bottomless nope not in our case. Not too sure if I will give them another chance.

I ordered 2 burgers and chips and queso. My bill was 53$ before tax. Lol. Never coming here again.

I usually love going to Red Robin. The service here was absolutely horrid. Never got checked on. Only time we were able to get refills was when someone was at our table for another reason. Ask to split our check and got told we couldn't cause she already had the total. Had to get other employees to get it done and even then it was a hassel and our waitress made a fuss about it. Went to use a gift card we got and was told we couldn't cause it hadn't been 24 hours since it was purchased. We even had to look for someone to even get boxes to take our leftovers home. Experience was just absolutely terrible.

We were seated right away which was great, however the restaurant was empty and we were sat next to the kitchen. We witnessed employees taking food off customer plates, employees taking chips and dipping into the big tub of ranch and eating them with no gloves on. Employees touching their hair, phones etc and then touching food prior to sending out to the customers. We never once saw any of these individuals wash their hands. This whole facility needs to be refreshed on cleanliness and proper handling etiquette. Do not eat here unless you want to be completely disgusted. We will not return to 180th and Center location.

It took them almost an hour to make two burgers that tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. It was a disappointing experience.

I usually don't do call-ins for takeout with Red Robin restaurants because it always seems to take longer, and they do not get the order right. Well, this was an exception and a great experience. When we arrived, my order was ready and accurate. The staff was super friendly and didn't mind that I checked the order. Dinner was delicious.

Tables were sticky, and the restroom smelled like a sewer. We ended up leaving for another red robin.

This review is for the 144th and West Maple location.

1st let me say Red Robbin providing meals for Veterans Day is a great thing. Just as a Veteran don’t go to this Red Robbin by yourself. While the girls at the front checking people in are courteous and probably trying there absolute best. They will skip seating a single person so they can set 2 people 1st. Why is this? When I questioned where I was at in line (looking over seeing the screen (#2) and getting told to my face #5) before asking why couples who came in after me was getting seated before me, I got told it was the system. So I told them to just take my name off the list and I left. Yes, I know it is a free meal, that they didn’t have to serve. But this still didn’t set right , I knew something was wrong! I called back and asked the manager about it. While she tried to be nice and understanding, she did flat out tell me they did want a single person taking up a table big or small. Granted, she said I could come back and she would seat me. But after being told all of this I couldn’t go back.

Server and food was great! Red Robin is my favorite chain. Manager was the rudest person I’ve encountered in the food industry when asked to perform a basic request. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION unless you like being yelled at. Absolutely unacceptable.
