Food and service was absolutely amazing!! While we were waiting for our food a server came by with a free sample of fries and their new sauce which was delicious! Friendly servers too

So… our party bus on our wedding day broke down in the middle of Center road. Stranded, we walked into Red Robin and were immediately accommodated for. There were about 40 of us and the staff was so nice, generous, and understanding. Even though we didn’t stay long, it truly meant a lot for us to be welcomed like that in a less than ideal, super stressful situation. Thanks for making our day memorable! :) We will certainly never forget it!

I am in Omaha for work quite often and we always make a point to stop in and visit our favorite server, Crystal! The food is top notch every time! Tons of gluten free options from pizza to burgers and even some apps too. I tried the new crispy Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and they were ?? Their gluten free pizza is also one of my faves!Dietary restrictions: Tons of gluten free options! Gf buns for the burgers and gf pizza crust!

The quality of food has gone way down and the prices have gone up. We have had Red Robin many many and this was by far the worst! The salad was not fresh. The fries were cold. My all time favorite chicken sandwich was a huge disappointment. All buns stale and dried out. And for 3 adults and one kid it was $80+ no appetizers just burgers and fish n chips. Red Robin you let us down! And the place was a mess and very dity! Our waitress was nice and did a fine job.

Tried the new Scorpion Burger and Avocado Smash Burger the Scorpion Burger was disappointing I was hopeful it would be spicy, the Avocado Smash Burger was delicious the fries seemed old they was just barely warm but tried garlic fries they should have been better switched to steamed broccoli just disappointed , it should have been better it was 3 pm and the place was empty there was people at 2 other tables , a table near us was cleaned off but not wiped down it had food still on it and remained that way , it have ate at Red Robin’s for years it is based on location for good food our service was good I did express that the fries seemed old and changed my sideParking: Handicap parking

Not sure if/when RR changed their menu, but the burgers now are soooo good. I love that they substitute bottomless broccoli for fries.But, as with any restaurant, staff makes a big difference on your dining experience. Last time we visited it was pretty busy. The service wasn't as good, and maybe it was just the burger I ordered, or maybe they rushed cooking it, but it wasn't anything special.

Pizza was excellent. I did pick up service. the only surprise was the $1 charge from google after they said there was no restaurant fee. seemed a bit deceptive. not Red robin's fault though and it was only $1.
The food is Amazing!! You will not be disappointed! Try the Scorpion burger!! The service is great, and the atmosphere is chill! Cant beat the bottomless drinks and fries!! Very clean as well!!

I have been here a couple of times and every time the service has been great. The service here is pretty quick and all the servers are pretty friendly. They have a huge parking lot which is great. The restaurant itself is a bit outdated but still fine. The food here also doesn't taste bad at all. The sweet potato fries and red robin burger is also great.

We love Red Robin and brought our mom there on our out of town visit. Our service was extremely slow and our waiter was not very attentive to getting our waters or pops refilled. It took an extremely long time to get our food and several of us had cold burgers and broccoli. It was disappointing to get cold food, but we had waited so long we just ate it anyway.
