Been buying meat from Rhoten's since the early 90's. Real people that know their meats. We stopped buying whole cows and started spending our hard-earned, ever dwindling $$$ on steaks and roasts that we desired. Great, personal service!

For the first time, I experienced the highest level of racialism when I went to buy meat today from this store.i had been buying my meat from time to time from them, so I am not new there. It was a shock when the owner just pushed me out that I could not afford the current price. I am aware of the price hike , so the question of price should not arise . Note, there were some other customers, and they were kind of shocked by the owner behavior especially when I was pushed out with name calling from the owner. I have nothing to say, but I would leave everything to God to judge the gentleman. I wish I had a camera to record all that.

My brother was in town for the holidays and stopped by Rhotens to get some hog casings. He was impressed with their friendliness and assistance. I told him it's just Nebraska folk.
