I was checking to see when I had to put in an order for Thanksgiving, thinking I had a couple of days left. Amira informed me that I had called on the last day, plus they were closing in about 20 minutes. Amira was gracious and patient and took my order over the phone. She let me know she would make sure the order was scheduled for pickup at the correct time. My wife picked up the order 3 days later and she said the food was set aside for us and the service was excellent.

Ordered through DoorDash for two. I got the Dino Rib Dinner. It was inedible, the meat was rock solid on the bone the flavor was okay when was able to splinter off a piece. But other than that complete waist of money. My partner had the 4 meats combo. The brisket had good flavor but was dry. The ribs had okay flavor but had hardly any meat at all. The rib tips were tough and sopping with BBQ sauce. The beef polish was actually really good. Overall I don't know if it is better to sit down and eat there but it was a complete waste of $100.

The place is called rib shack so that is what I went with was ribs. Unfortunately I was not a fan of them. The meat itself had no flavor or smoked flavor. The meat was tough.
I've been to a lot of bbq places , was hoping this place was going to be a hidden gem, but was disappointed with the ribs.

Really great barbecue here in Omaha. Salty and flavorful collard greens, Sweet potato fries that should be a dessert item. Excellent fall off the bone ribs, the catfish nuggets were just awesome, the beef hot links were the perfect amount of spice. Really sweet and served hot, peach cobbler. My only recommendation is a spoon and scoop of ice-cream with the cobbler. Otherwise, very good food. Check it out Omaha.
Wow what a great BBQ place you want to feel like your at home just come here. The owner treats you like family and the Q is on point this family will definitely be recommending this place drove down from Sioux Falls just to eat here !

I absolutely loved the automosphere when I would dash and pick up food. Yesterday I had to pick up an order and again it smelt so good on the outside and the inside. I am not a huge BBQ fan. But this place??? Ill go there every day to get food if I could. This was hands down the best food ive tried!!! Im so glad I finally tried it. I also let my customers who i deliver to on a regular basis about this place. I was shocked with how much i loved the ribs. The okra I got. I normally dip them in ranch but they were out. Still the best okra ive had. There was no need for ranch. If you haven't tried them and you like BBQ you will love this place.
Guys at rib shack....Thank you for always being amazing and for talking me into trying it. You guys are the best and cant to see you again!!!

The food and service is amazing! Repeat customers family of four none of us have been disappointed with anything we have tried. I don’t usually like catfish aka “mud” fish but their light breading has great flavor doesn’t even taste like catfish and I am now a fan. Rib meat is amazing great flavor falls off the bone. Brisket is amazing very tender lots of great flavor and good crispy bark. Pulled pork, Yams, Mac and cheese all amazing. One of our favorite parts of the experience each time we go is catching up with Jackie she is the sweetest! She truly makes you feel like part of the family or a close friend making her rounds to each table checking in with you. Malcom and Jackie are part of the experience from hearing there inspiring story of how they got here to letting you sample something you are unsure of. They go the extra mile to be sure their customers are happy and their product is on point. I hated not giving all 5 stars. The only reason one star is missing is because the landlord needs to help improve the building and atmosphere with some basic maintenance. They are close to expanding opening an extra side newly remodeled because they need more seating so that will help improve the atmosphere. Love you all keep up the amazing delivery THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING PEOPLE AND COOKING SOME DARN GOOD FOOD!! 😆💚
