I was checking to see when I had to put in an order for Thanksgiving, thinking I had a couple of days left. Amira informed me that I had called on the last day, plus they were closing in about 20 minutes. Amira was gracious and patient and took my order over the phone. She let me know she would make sure the order was scheduled for pickup at the correct time. My wife picked up the order 3 days later and she said the food was set aside for us and the service was excellent.

Ordered through DoorDash for two. I got the Dino Rib Dinner. It was inedible, the meat was rock solid on the bone the flavor was okay when was able to splinter off a piece. But other than that complete waist of money. My partner had the 4 meats combo. The brisket had good flavor but was dry. The ribs had okay flavor but had hardly any meat at all. The rib tips were tough and sopping with BBQ sauce. The beef polish was actually really good. Overall I don't know if it is better to sit down and eat there but it was a complete waste of $100.

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere. Walking up to the place it smelled like food was being smoked.
The place is called rib shack so that is what I went with was ribs. Unfortunately I was not a fan of them. The meat itself had no flavor or smoked flavor. The meat was tough.
I've been to a lot of bbq places , was hoping this place was going to be a hidden gem, but was disappointed with the ribs.
Really great barbecue here in Omaha. Salty and flavorful collard greens, Sweet potato fries that should be a dessert item. Excellent fall off the bone ribs, the catfish nuggets were just awesome, the beef hot links were the perfect amount of spice. Really sweet and served hot, peach cobbler. My only recommendation is a spoon and scoop of ice-cream with the cobbler. Otherwise, very good food. Check it out Omaha.
Such good bbq at great prices. Their brisket sandwich dinner was 10/10. Great place to stop especially for their lunch special

Wow what a great BBQ place you want to feel like your at home just come here. The owner treats you like family and the Q is on point this family will definitely be recommending this place drove down from Sioux Falls just to eat here !
