This was the best restaurant from our vacation to the Omaha area. It started with walking in and immediately being greeted with menus. The food was phenomenal but the customer service was even better (if that’s possible). We were so pleased with the family owned business and chatting with the owner. I loved how she came and talked to every table that was here. My son and boyfriend highly recommend the brisket.

This is, hands down, the best barbecue I have ever had.
As someone who grew up in the southeast, I pride myself on knowing good barbecue when I taste it. I’ve eaten at some of the top rated barbecue restaurants in the country, from Texas to North Carolina, but I’ve never had anything as good as Rib Shack Smoke House.
I got the 3 meat plate with Rib Tips, Pulled Pork, and Brisket. The Rib Tips would fall right off the bone and melt in your mouth, everything you could want in ribs. The Brisket was moist and juicy with a nice crust on the outside. But the best was the Pulled Pork. The best way I could describe it was a buttery sweetness that dissolved in your mouth after the first bite. It was heavenly.
The only downside about this experience is that I don’t live in Omaha. If I did, I would eat here once a week. I can’t give this restaurant a high enough rating, and I wish them the best of luck!

Rib shack is delicious. First timer here. Malcom and Ms Jackie were very welcoming and additional staff were polite. We ordered the beef brisket sandwich dinner with fries and Mac and cheese (more cheese than noodle, and I mean that as a compliment, very tasty). St Louis Full Slab Dinner w potato salad (has a hint of pickle, maybe? Pretty good). And sweet potato fries. All of the meats and sides were very flavorful. And probably the best ribs I've had in Omaha. Huge, tender, perfectly smokey, I'll have to revisit a few favorites, because now I'm curious... Thank you Rib Shack! Everything was great! Highly recommend.

Today my colleagues and I stopped in for some BBQ Ribs, considering it’s a “rib house.” Well, if you go in at 11, I guess you do not get them. We settled for the brisket sandwich, and the bun was the best part unfortunately. The redeeming part of this meal was the cinnamon sugar sweet potato fries. Mac and cheese was greasy, and the beans had ground beef in it, kind of odd. Oh and the bathroom looked out of the movie saw and the game was finding paper towels; but if you did you got ribs maybe who knows, I just wanted out of the creepy room. Maybe I will give it another chance and get some ribs, hard maybe.

Grilled meat smell, laughter, smiles, sounds of napkins crumbling are a few experiences you will receive as you open the door to the restaurant. I made my way to the counter to place my food order. Due to a Sunday afternoon rush I knew to have patience if I wanted to get my 3 meat combo with two delicious mouth satisfying sides to go. Once served after a (12minute)small wait. BAM my eyes intoxicated by the sauce on the smoked chicken, rib tips and the fresh to order cat nuggs. I’m still licking my thumbs! We thank you Rib Shack

Absolutely LOVED our experience at Rib Shack!! The food is the most amazing comfort food ever. So good my friend and I didn't talk the whole meal it was too good to stop eating 😅 The Mac and cheese, and ribs were sooo yummy. Prices were also very reasonable! The service and vibes just felt so cozy and homey. Thank you and definitely will be coming back!

Absolute trash. None of the food could even be considered "warm". Take your money to someplace like J's Smokehouse or Porky Butts. Hell even Hog Wild is better! And then treating us like we're dumb when we tell you it was cold, nope. Go elsewhere. Your treatment got you the public review. Grow up.
