It was really hot in the restaurant and the food was cooked or sat under a heat lamp for way too long. Very dry.

Jay J. was our server and was the best server we've had in years. We had our two littles with us and they tend to make things chaotic, but he was so patient and over the top kind. He also was so attentive, it felt like we had our own personal server. He made our night and we are so appreciative. We just had the best time, and we will be back! Thank you, Jay!

Disappointed. Server was SO rude. Could barely get her attention at all and when we did it was all attitude. Were seated immediately but waited 15 minutes or so before our server acknowledged us. Order was incorrect. When we asked for boxes she threw them on the table and walked away saying nothing. We were confused so then asked another staff member where we even pay the bill. She came back with the electronic card reader and stood there saying nothing and just stared us down. We always have good experiences here so this was really disappointing. When we left the manager and some young female staff members (including our server) were gossiping right in the front entrance area. Not sure if I’ll come back and that’s a shame because to food is good.

We arrived 9 minutes to our 5:30 reservation which we acknowledge was our fault. We checked in and the hostess said they just need to clean off our table and we'd be sat. No problem. 30+ minutes go by and still no update. Other people that checked in after us were even getting sat. I'm also 9 months pregnant and was VERY uncomfortable sitting on their very low to the ground weird waiting area. I got light headed from standing so long and my husband went to the bar to get me some water. My husband went and asked the hostess how much longer until we could sit, she said “oh that's actually been ready and we can seat you now”......... I was upset but thankful we finally could go sit down. The hostess could tell I wasn't feeling well and felt bad about not seating us right away so she offered to go put in a food order for me right away on the house. I told her I hadn't looked at the menu yet, but we had planned on ordering guac. She brought us guac and then the server took over. Server was okay. Was thirsty for most of the dinner because my water was gone and wasn't refilled. To our surprise, we were charged full price for all 3 meals ordered. Guac was not charged, but would rather have a meal comped since that was offered? Overall very irritating experience and very frustrating.

Our waitress was fantastic and we really appreciated having our own space away from other to talk as a group and celebrate. Nothing but good things to say about our experience at Roja this evening.

Enjoyed our lunch outing. A large taco salad was a hit. We also had fajitas which are always delicious. Love the salsa and chips which our server kept full during our conversation. the lime margarita was soooo good and will bring me back!

Music was so loud I could barely hear the person next to me. Had taco salad and they forgot the meat then brought a bowl full of bland hamburger meat. On a positive note I like their chips and salsa.
