If you know Romeo's You know what it is. Casual Mex with tons of choices and really good pizza, margaritas and daiquiris. Fun atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Quick service. Food is great there and to-go (holds up well). They have a family friendly dining room and an adult lounge to relax and wait for to-go & have a drink. You could eat there though if you want. I prefer to order my to go and have a beverage while I wait which is what most people do in the tiny lounge. Has a tv. Otherwise when we eat in, we go to the dining room. Everything is real cheddar ?? cheese. We don't like LaMesa (Great place for others tho who like American cheese). So compare. Salsa's thin hot. You can get pico de gallo. Chips are great.Parking: NE Of 90th & Grant. Shares parking with smaller neighborhood Wal-Mart and a few businesses. I've never had trouble finding a space even though it's busy all the time.

My daughter and myself ordered from their lunch menu. The pork enchilada and burrito, and the nachos with the fixings ( not sure what you call it) but everything was really delicious. This place will be our go to for now on. Wonderful delicious food. Now we need to find out where to get some really good Churros

Food isn't as tasty as I remember. Service was good, but not friendly. Atmosphere was nice, but crowded.Parking: Giant parkinglot shared by many stores and restaurants.Kid-friendliness: As kid-friendly as Romeo's has ever been.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground all over, handicap door openers, etc.

My family and I have been going to Romeo's for well over 20 years, first at their 90th and Blondo location and then we even followed them a block south when they moved a few years back. In 20+ years, we've never had such an awful experience as the one we had this evening. We sat down with a party of 16 (two of whom were under 2 years old and did not eat) and immediately the server, Brandon, was visibly bothered. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, was upset about getting such a large party or just has a piss poor demeanor in general but he did not make us feel welcome at all throughout our meal. He scoffed, he rolled his eyes and was clearly frustrated. It really started to go downhill, though, when he finally got around to taking our order. He immediately was being short with us, but I cut him some slack because of the party size. After our orders arrived (mine was incorrect, but I didn't feel comfortable sending it back as Brandon was already clearly frustrated with our table) he checked in on us once providing refills. (bare minimum). Then, shockingly, a bad experience turned even worse. My 6-month old nephew was in his carseat on a carseat carrier and Brandon decided it would be a good idea to SLAM two chairs into the set of tables behind us (so loud that my 91-year old grandmother jumped) right next to my nephew's head while attempting to deliver the check. The appropriate choice here would have been to leave the check somewhere else on the table, but he chose the former instead. That was the final straw for us - my sister immediately got up, raised the issue with Brandon and asked to speak with a manager. The manager on duty, Jon, was condescending, rude and less than helpful. He gave us a pitiful "sorry" and chose to carry on with his evening. I think both Jon and Brandon could benefit from going back to clown college - oops sorry I mean customer service 101.As we were leaving another employee stopped us and mentioned that they have had problems in the past with both Brandon and Jon, gave us their names, and a number to contact corporate which we will be doing tomorrow. This employee, who actually has an understanding of customer service and should maybe be running the restaurant over Jon, then was reprimanded in front of other members of our party for providing the number for corporate. All in all, we did not feel like this was a satisfactory resolution to the issue we experienced. A sincere apology would have sufficed, but Jon is clearly lacking in the sincerity department. So now I'm here at 9 p.m. on a Sunday night writing a review on Google to leave you with a piece of sage advice - if Brandon is your server: RUN. And if Jon is the manager on duty... need I say it again? RUN. You can get much better service at the Taco Bell down the street.Suffice it to say, the jury is still out on if my family and I will be returning.

It's fine for a couple of friends for a casual evening. Pizza was good and came out hot but the side salads was just your iceburg mix tossed in a bowl with some crackers and dressing. Drink selection was pretty limited unless you wanted a mix margarita or a draft beer. For someone doing Dry January it was disappointing the only NA option was Odules. I think the last time I was at Romeos was 10 years ago. I'll probably wait another 10 years to go again.Parking: The parking shares for a lot of businesses that all seemed busier than Romeos.
