I have come here a few times and ordered 2 hamburger patties and a side salad. It is typically around $12- today I ordered and the total was $17.08!!!!!!I did argue a little at the window - however ended up paying for my meal!If I would have gotten the Double Cheeseburger with Large Fry and Large Drink it would have been under $12!!!Make this Make Sense!!!!

The Tuesday temp° "deal" (meal deal) - a Runza co$ting what the temp was that freezing below 0° (for the plainest of plain bare selection (minimum), was over $6. buck$⚠️???? NO deal at all. Don't even bother.

The old blond lady at the drive-thru window yeah the one the refused to give me her name for being rude cuz I told her I don't won't cold food..If you don't like your job or working with the people in the public Please find another job because this is like the 3x I've been to this location and your rude attitude is not fit for customer service. A few months back I came inside and you was rude as well..if your management then management needs to to be managed

The atmosphere in restaurants these days is cold, all metal and no personality. The food is the priority but too "modern" restaurant interiors feel cold. More so since they quit carrying soup, would never order chili at a fast food place.

Never heard of this place before someone told me to give it a shot... that runza sandwich is GOOD! Very surprised hope these expand all over one day.

so we ordered 2 chicken strip meals(4 chicken strip,fries, and a drink), 1 ice cream, 2 Shakes. So when we got to the window the male who was at the window asked us for our orders he didn't even know what our orders were, it wasn't even busy. Then he asked if we had payed but there was no other way to pay other than there. When we got our order we were missing a couple items like: Fries, sauce,No drink, Ice cream. Until we had asked they said quote on quote "oh yea we forgot". then proceed to give up just ice cream and then said that, thats all we had ordered. They also didn't ive us a receipt. We ended up paying for items we didn't get at the end and ending up leaving furious. I do not recommend going here if you don't want your whole order. And paying for some over priced items.

The meat could have more flavor, and the onion rings were a little undercooked . Minor adjustments, in my opinion . But not unhappy . The texture of the bread was awesome. The meat to bread ratio was perfect . More meat than bread . I did order another Runzo Philly cheese steak with xcheese and jalapeño . For later . The young lady, Jasmine, at the register was very sweet and welcoming . 8.16.23 @ 12:29 pm In case you want to give her a raise ?Would definitely eat here again . Came here ordered a runza Philly cheesesteak and was told 15 minutes after I ordered that I was unable to get the food I ordered due to them being unavailable. So in all seriousness I waited 15 minutes to end up waiting another 20 minutes for food I should have gotten at five got at 5 guys. This runza is a joke and I will not be coming back nor telling anyone to come here. As it is extraordinarily slow. I will be calling corporate in the morning as I wasted 20+ dollars on cold as well as food that was less than expected.
