The two lane ordering system is terrible, I get skipped just about every other time I come to this location. Today I got skipped TWICE. I assumed the speaker was down so I pulled ahead to go back through the other lane only for a huge semi blocking the entire exit. (no driver inside) I had to wait in line behind the 3 people that ordered ahead of me, including another that ordered directly after I pulled forward and completely stuck. I never got service. I love Runza, but I'm done with any location that uses dual lanes.
