Cashier: do you want to speak to my manager? Manager: What do you want a couple pieces of bacon?
Didn’t even offer to remake it just said we’ll get you some bacon…Worst Customer service!

I just ordered online from this location tonight 2-21-26 7:17 pm and my pickup time was 7:30. So I get there and I have to wait until the car ahead of me leaves understandable, I get to the window finally and let the young lady know what I'm here for. So she mind you not once actually greeted me and never smiled at all, she brings my oder to me and assumed that was it. Well I had to get a little loud because she didn't even read the ticket and I said that I need to get my drink too. Well I get home about a mile or less away from the store, and I realize now that they gave me old driy limp fries and everything that I ordered was already cold when I opened the bag!! I spent $32 for food that I had to come home and heat up!! Sad thing you people pay those crappy kids for nothing!! Unimpressed!! Also as I scroll through the other reviews, I just have to say to the owner who responds to us, why apologize for something that you are never going to get fixed?? You have a lot of bad reviews in the past 4-6 months and those same problems are still going on, so that really should tell us your customers that there really is no control or concerns for our complaints!! Also I had to throw away my fries even reheating as old as they were didn't fix them, and that's like why didn't I just open the window and just throw the money out!

We stopped to get a kids meal Thru drive thru. One of the children got McDonald's the other runza. Our Runza chicken tenders were rock hard , she did eat the applesauce and apple juice but a wat about started.. 😷 Runza gives a coupon for ice cream while McDonald's gives a toy. All of that matters to a 3 and 5 year old. Sad to say we had to stop and get another kids meal at a diff. Location...

We had not been to a Runza in several years and found that both the style of food and the price had changed considerably. What used to be a completely enclosed roll is now a mostly closed sandwich, and they were pretty expensive. That being said, the spicy jack sandwich was delicious and the spicy jalapeño really added to the taste. I would not pay this much on a regular basis, but it was a good experience as a special occasion.

My partner and I ordered delivery from this location. We ordered a bacon burger, fries, chili, and a 4 peice chicken strip. When the food arrived we realized we didn't get our fries. The chicken strips were also quite small. My burger didn't look cooked fully, had so much mustard on the side of it, and the bacon was quite hard to eat. Overall we weren't to pleased and wish it was better.
