This place is fast and friendly, but they don't seem to change their fry oil very often. The smell of old oil permeates the bag and the fries taste bitter and weird.

Super nice and polite staff. Order the number one at about 5:30 Thursday night. Order a number one with onion rings . Everything tasted great and onion rings were cooked to perfection. The guy on the cashier was super nice and offer my dogs a little cup of ice cream for each of them. They told me in their own way that they loved them.
Don't usually write reviews. But the team working today was exceptional

My husband and I went for lunch on a Sunday around noon. It wasn't very busy so we were able to order right away and got our food quickly. My husband got a cheeseburger with fries and I got a mushroom sandwich with onion rings and we both enjoyed our meals. I had a couplevof his fries they were nice and crunchy.

They have 2 lanes and dont even use them. I was on the second lane and they skipped me 3 times until I decided to leave.

If you're going to close 6 minutes early you should post your closing time at 9:54pm instead of 10pm. I realize pulling up 6 minutes before you close isn't super convenient. However, as someone who worked in fast food when I was younger/was a server for 15+ years, and now runs a retail business with 3 locations; it might be nice to tell the customer at your speaker that you will not be helping them as opposed to, the young blond girl, staring at me and then just walking away. I have employees, they don't lock the doors, turn off the signs, or close their drawers until we are closed. If your staff isn't capable of working the extra 6 minutes, that's fine, but at least have the courtesy to let your customers know. I wasn't the only car that pulled up.... it's rude, and pretty lazy.

First off I pulled into the second-order board they then told me I had to pull around to the first one. When I pulled up there was only 1 car ahead of me (it was not busy) I ordered only 2 combos with shakes and 2 Runza sandwiches. After I paid he handed me the shakes and told me "I'll get your food as soon as I can" I had to wait for over 10 min I was at the window for so long the whipped cream was melted on the shakes. When I got the food and drove home (I live on 99th Q a couple of blocks away) I took my food from the bag and noticed the fries were so overcooked (they were hollow). I took a bite of my burger and the patties were crisp and super dry. The Deluxe chicken sandwich was super bland, with only a few pieces of lettuce and a small top of tomato and No sauce was on it at all. I spent 45$ to toss most of it in the trash. I don't understand why they made me wait so long for food that was just cold and nasty. I will never return to this location ever again.

Do not go to 108th and Q Runza. They gave us expired kids chocolate milk that was sour and curdled and someone in our household got food poisoning from the cheeseburger. The fries were burnt but not crispy and way too salty. Pick any other one and you’ll be fine. We always go to the one close to our house and love it, this one was awful.
