We ordered two Southwest chicken salads, and they were made with a very small amount of chicken — it honestly felt like a side of chicken with greens rather than an actual Southwest chicken salad.
Although they agreed to remake it, that felt like the bare minimum to correct the mistake. There was no apology, reimbursement, or courtesy offered, even after we had already driven home and had to drive back again — doubling the time, effort, and gas.
Service is everything. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning.

Their food is always fresh. But I’m don’t think they clean their pop machines often enough. Their Dr. Pepper always taste like play-doh. It’s not only this location it’s several locations.

It's usually great, but this time my Runza was smaller than normal, it was cold, and my wife's cheeseburger was so greasy that it fell out of the wrapper. Also, there was about twice as much salt on the fries as usual. Not sure what was going wrong tonight.

Recently went to Runza on 168th & Dodge Omaha Ne and let’s say I have NO interest to go back - the cheeseburger didn’t taste good, old lettuce in it - bun seemed old and just overall tasted pretty gross-

undoubtedly one of the best , this store keeps me a good person, keeps no out of my heart,keeps good things happening to me. all i gotta do is keep eating the food. but i must add using the runza app is bizzarly unfunctional, Mostly in terms of functionality and convenience. mcdonalds and taco bells app is light years ahead, my runza app experience made me critically rethink my love of runza. i still do of course but show the app some love please

The remodel looks great. Brandon, the owner, cared about us and made us feel welcome. The staff appreciated us for our business. This is so rare nowadays that I feel compelled to tell others. Food was excellent and fresh. I will be going to this location.
