Ordered the fish sandwich through the drive-thru. There was a bit of like 7 minute wait even with it being Friday at 3p. Staff was pretty helpful and friemdly. Sandwich needed more tartar sauce.

Went through the drive thru ordered a Jr cheeseburger plain, it cost as much as a regular cheeseburger and there was no cheese. To.top it off when I arrived at the window to pay I sat there for a good 3 maybe 5 minutes and could just hear a gal yelling through the closed window. I went on the website to report and they sent a generic apology letter and a free meal coupon. As I appreciate the meal replacement I do not appreciate the lack of customer care. How does someone not call or email and make the apology personal.

I showed up just a couple minutes before close (unknowingly) and they didn't hesitate to take my order. It's gotten a bit pricey but I much prefer it to typical fast food. 108th and Q is a great store and the food and service are both consistently good.

$$$$$$$$$$Bring lots of$$$$$$$$$$ extremely over prices for what you get. The food never seems to be hot and it's expensive. Service is OK but not overly and it takes forever to get your food! I'd to elsewhere if I have options.

It was 8:20pm and they dont close until 9:30. The employees had all lights off, the open sign off, and were literally ducking behind the counter. Trying to pretend they were closed?? Extremely weird.When I pulled up to order they sure sounded irritated I was there.Sorry for giving you my business I guess.

Was one of the best locations prior to drive through change. Employees don't check which order they are ringing up. 3rd time in a ROW I got the wrong order. Won't be back.

Fyi Runza's sandwiches take 45 minutes to make, so don't be a d/ck when u order more than they have made. I ordered burgers and frings plus 2 runza sandwiches and couldn't get them since an angry customer did earlier. They were honest and patient. Don't be a d/ck to the willing to help and serve.Kid-friendliness: Mini burgers for kids.
