The staff is super friendly. One of the employees actually came out to hold the door for my mother who uses a walker while I pulled her oxygen tank. The original runza I had was perfect. Fries were hot and nice and salty.

I paid $13 for a southwest chicken salad that I normally get, not only did the price go up but it's the size of a side salad. They use to be big to the point I could eat on it for 2 days. Disappointing I will never order it again.

Service at the drive thru was fast. My first time trying runza so I had to get just the original runza, fries, and onion rings. I really liked the runza I'll definitely be getting another probably with cheese. Fries and rings were good too but would recommend ranch or BBQ. Will probably try a cheeseburger also since I've heard they're good.

Runza realy needs to salt their onion rings and fries. Its not the same, after they cool off, adding salt. Everyone does this with fries. Make America salty again! I am not eating deep fried foods for my health; nobody is. Salty rings matter.

We came in from out of town to see family my wife and I grew up in Omaha and we thought we should go get some Runza. We hadn’t had it in many years when we went to Runza on 132nd and center we went through the drive-thru. The girl that took our order Was very snippy we ordered a few Swiss mushroom runzas with add bacon and a few other things we were charged for the bacon and got Swiss mushroom runzas With no bacon and we are charged $.90 per Runza that was supposed to have bacon on it and did not get what we paid for The french fries were soggy, and when we got to the window, the service was pitiful. They basically shoved our food out the window. and closed the window rude as hell and here is the kicker when I was a kid I used to work at this Runza, and it was ran a lot better than this. Our managers at the time would not have let this fly. Customer service is everything and the quality of your food is what people remember this is unfortunate that this location has fallen so far it has been around for a very long time. I worked for a few different runza locations and I understand fully that this is not the way Runza wants their stores run. Hopefully the problem will get fixed
