However, upon returning, I had to place the order three times before they replaced the sandwiches, and the staff displayed a poor attitude. By the time I received my sandwiches correctly, the fries were cold. I doubt I'll be returning.

The staff is super friendly. One of the employees actually came out to hold the door for my mother who uses a walker while I pulled her oxygen tank. The original runza I had was perfect. Fries were hot and nice and salty.

I paid $13 for a southwest chicken salad that I normally get, not only did the price go up but it's the size of a side salad. They use to be big to the point I could eat on it for 2 days. Disappointing I will never order it again.
Service at the drive thru was fast. My first time trying runza so I had to get just the original runza, fries, and onion rings. I really liked the runza I'll definitely be getting another probably with cheese. Fries and rings were good too but would recommend ranch or BBQ. Will probably try a cheeseburger also since I've heard they're good.
