I had ordered a cheeseburger combo (a number six) and I asked for lettuce to be added to my burger and that didn't happen.. It was just meat cheese and lettuce. I was already heading out of the way by time I even got to my food..I barely ate my dry plain burger.. Most of it was tossed. most places will let you come back or whatever with a receipt... but because I didn't call or come back immediate that same day.. Even with the reciept... they cannot help me... so make sure you check your food first before you leave there.. ESPECIALLY if you are the last customer of the day... this is the first time I've had an issue With Runza and they can't even fix it... so I'm really just baffled by the way the manager here handled this situation because as a manager in the industry you take care of your people that take care of you... Will think twice before coming back. And I'll bet you I'll just get a thank you for your feedback comment and that's it from the owner based off previous reviews. Since he didn't want to refund it and they screwed up the order and didn't give me what I ordered I think I might fall at file a chargeback which is going to cost them more money and charge back fees and then report it to the Better Business Bureau because that's just unfair practices and I'm just baffled they screwed up and I should have more than that time to tell them that

I just got onion rings but they were pretty good service was great they knew the exact price I asked for on one of the items with tax 🙌🏽... I meant to say when I asked how much the onion rings cost they knew the price plus tax which I thought was pretty cool!!!

My double cheeseburger combo was excellent as it always is. My wife and I grew up around Runza, but moved away a decade ago. Whenever we return home we always make it a point to stop at Runza. My only request is the fries be cooked a little longer.

The location was clean and neat. It is a bit of an awkward layout with a huge antenna. The drive through was 4 or 5 cars deep at 3:30 PM so the food must be very good. I got a number 4, cheese burger combo, which was very good. The next time I'm in that part of Omaha, I'll return for their food and possibly the pumpkin shake.

The drive threw was fast. Good cooks. Nice and friendly. It was regular runza hot piping fries drink every thing was hot.
Not a bad little runza location. The food was good and the overall dining experience was enjoyable.
