Do you guys hire managers over the age of 18 or do you guys just like to have a bunch of high schoolers running the show at lunch rush on a Sunday??? I’ve got 7 years of line cook/ restaurant experience and that was horrible. 45 minutes for a hamburger that I had to wait for a second time because it was rang in wrong. Do better. Train better. Yall left these kids to drown.

Spent well over 20 minutes in a HIGHLY captive drive through line... they take way too long to have a double drive through like they do. Food was mid at best, and the prices are pretty high for fast food.

Asked for a plain double bacon cheese burger with Swiss cheese. They proceeded to use old patties that had mushrooms in it and reuse those patties. When asked to remake it all they did was take it back scrap off what mushrooms they missed and slap bacon on it. Horrible service. Suppose to be fresh not reused patties that taste like mushrooms.

I tried a runza! I had to coming to Nebraska. I got the one with cheese. It was decent, but it was too much onion flavor for me personally. My husband liked it a lot. The pomegranate lemonade was really good- sweet and tart. Fries were pretty good too. I'd go back and probably order a burger this time. The staff was almost entirely teenagers that I could tell, and they did a great job it seems at running the store. It was very clean, and they were friendly and helpful.

The shakes used to be good. They got rid of the classic Mocha, and the new shakes have a very artificial color, and taste like playdough.
Service was A++. I'm so sad I didn't get the gentleman's name that took our order and served our food but he was amazing! Making jokes, smiling and laughing. He made our experience a very special one! Thank you!

First timer here! Wasn't brave enough to try a runza but definitely loved the cheeseburger I got and the onion rings are sooooo good. Wish they had one near me but will definitely try again whenever I'm back in Nebraska! Super friendly staff and very clean place. Thank you for an amazing experience
