Runza was much smaller and the filling was mush! Husbands burger was tepid at best. Pricy meal that went in the trash. Won't be back.

Do you guys hire managers over the age of 18 or do you guys just like to have a bunch of high schoolers running the show at lunch rush on a Sunday??? I’ve got 7 years of line cook/ restaurant experience and that was horrible. 45 minutes for a hamburger that I had to wait for a second time because it was rang in wrong. Do better. Train better. Yall left these kids to drown.

Spent well over 20 minutes in a HIGHLY captive drive through line... they take way too long to have a double drive through like they do. Food was mid at best, and the prices are pretty high for fast food.

Asked for a plain double bacon cheese burger with Swiss cheese. They proceeded to use old patties that had mushrooms in it and reuse those patties. When asked to remake it all they did was take it back scrap off what mushrooms they missed and slap bacon on it. Horrible service. Suppose to be fresh not reused patties that taste like mushrooms.
Runza's are great, always love to come back to Nebraska to get them. The hamburgers are really good also.

Sopped here for supper on my way out of town. Got two Mushroom & Swiss Runza's, two Mushroom & Swiss Burgers, and an order of onion rings. Quality was excellent as usual with quick service!
