Love Love Love Runza when I'm in town. They are always so hot and fresh and the fries are crispy and delicious. I forgot to get the "Frings" though, which is a combo of french fries and onion rings.The strawberry shake was creamy and full of strawberry flavor.

Ordered through the drive through 5:40pm sep 19th 2023 so I hope your management sees this. I have never been one to write a nasty review but the look I received when asking for 2 more ranches when I asked for 4 and only received 2 (when ordering 2 entrees). First they asked me what cheeseburger I ordered when I arrived at the window and 2nd rolled their eyes when I asked for 2 more ranches and replied “sure” while doing so, so disrespectfully. I’ve never felt the need to write reviews like this but maaaan I don’t think I’ll come back after being treated like I was a fat slob for asking what I originally asked for. Never felt so disrespected

Have frequented this location for years and never had any issues. Recently the young boys in the drive thru are rude and acting like they’re on drugs. Thankfully a new location just opened up closer to us, so we won’t be back to this one!
