Hi, I want to talk about the Wednesday shift. The people who served me and my grandfather on 12/27/23 at 7:02pm gave us some of the worst services we have ever received. To start off, there was a male employee who took a running head start from the door and leaped over a chair- with customers seated in the dining area! Secondly, The cashier, a female, was overly rude and unfriendly towards us for no reason. Neither of us had commented on the previous acts. That is why I am rating service a 1/5. Second, food. God almighty this was the worst food I have ever received from here. Food was not properly wrapped and was falling out of the bag, 95% of my popcorn chicken was just scraps, and they had forgotten nearly half of our order. They might not have heard us because it's not placed on the receipt. One item that was missing was honey mustard. This item was on the receipt. This wasn't much of a deal since we had our own, but it was slightly annoying. Therefore, I am giving food a 2/5. Atmosphere. I don't have much of a problem with the overall atmosphere, but the feeling of the place on Wednesday night is what's bringing my rating down. You could visibly tell customers were uncomfortable being in the restaurant with the workers. Therefore, 3/5. I understand that those workers may have been young but that is a job. They need to work properly. I have pictures of the food, but I honestly have no idea how to post pictures along with this post. Getting a little too pricey for me. I can make homemade runza's at home for cheaper. Still tastes great, great customer service, great locations.

Worst food from Runza I’ve ever had. There was a large chunk of CARDBOARD in my mushroom and Swiss Runza. The breading was chewy like it was over cooked and the whole thing was very greasy. Overall a terrible experience. I will never go back.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. the girl at the window refused to say a word to us the whole time and we then forgot to ask for ranch which was our fault. however she decided to squat down on her phone for a couple minute while the other employee ate his second ice cream cone and ignored us. we will not ever be coming back here and i really hope that not all customers get treated like this here.

I love their salads, but their app and customer service could use a few tweaks. Why don't you folks offer the option to pick up my app order at the drive-thru? I don't like having to walk through the drive-thru line of cars to enter the restaurant, and I don't like that my food is sitting unattended at the counter for anyone to mess with or take. I went through drive-thru, asked nicely if I could get my app order there, and was shot down by the chick working the window. Seriously? Would it have been that hard to be nice? And, an hour later I receive notification that my order is ready.Yes, I know I can order and pay at the drive-thru, then scan the receipt for rewards, but somehow I've gotten out of there more than once without a receipt. And now, it's about the principle.
Our favorite sandwich!!! We don't get up north too often but when we do, we never miss a Runza stop!!!

203rd and Maple Omaha. The fries went into the bag upside down. All over the fucking place and cold! Got 3 chicken strips and a nugget that was counted as the 4th. There are a lot of fast food choices and a lot of runza's. You can do better than this one! Way better!
