Went to one place ran out of Runzas at 8 pm. They could not guarantee my order in 25 minutes because they needed to find some. WOW, if they find some??? We'll went down town and find another and they were closing soon but no problem filling my order , young lady was very nice so we got to eat them. I'm not sure if I would go to the one which ran out of food, though. The food was OK, nothing to write home to Virgina about.

I recently went to Runza this evening after a long day at work. All day I dreamt of my 4 piece chicken strip combo covered with the most delicious ranch dressing. I imagined me dipping each and every single fry into that beautiful sauce. Makes me blush at the thought of it. Getting home I carefully unloaded my bag, taking the time to carefully lay out my meal. As I got to the end of the bag I noticed that my guardian angel, sweetie pie, cup of ranch was missing! I nearly cried when I realized this. Luckily enough I will forgive this location for my dissatisfaction and will be back asap! Till we meet again my beloved condiment.

Food was great, cashier seemed distracted had to ask her for straws, forks, napkins, our salad, and even my card back. Still forgot to ask for Ketchup. This seemed like a fluck as on previous visits the cashier was great.

We took a road trip across the mid west. We wanted to try local food representative of the state we visited. For Nebraska, Runzas came up as must try...so we did and we loved it! We had a runza with swiss cheese and mushrooms...it was DELICIOUS!!
Food took 20+ minutes, don’t come near cling time I guess?.

Having never been to Nebraska before, I had to try the iconic Runza on Center Street! The food here is amazing, definitely the best part of Omaha so far, and the staff was awesome! Pamela was so nice to me and my friend, and the service here was better than any other restaurant I've been to!
My fries was cold my burger was cold there was barely any swiss cheese on it I had little ice in my soda other than that it was okay. My daughter's meal was called her frings was overdone and cold. I wasn't given a receipt.
Kid-friendliness: They're pretty friendly with my daughter.
I became aware of this restaurant chain when I lived in Nebraska over 20 years ago. I never got around to visiting until just now. For being a fast food chain, it exceeds expectations. I could very well see myself eating here again. If you are expecting a Michelin four-star experience, keep moving; but for what it is, it is definitely the best of all the fast food joints I've been to. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
