We came an hour before closing and they turned on Christmas music (it's July) and had half the dining room closed off for cleaning. They were friendly but I felt they wanted us to leave. I would have ordered ice cream there after I finished my food but we went somewhere else instead.

The lady at the front register was very rude. I did NOT feel welcomed in the beginning and I don’t recommend coming to this store. please go to the one on 90th and fort it’s so much better with amazing customer service.

It used to be one of the best but this time the service was sad.
I ordered a cheese Runza at the drive through. Paid. Then I was told there was no Runzas left. Then I asked for a refund. And they could not even give me a receipt showing they refunded my money because the machine was out of ink. So I may have just paid $12 to not eat anything. Absolute joke.

forgot my ranch, sped kid with glasses refused to give purchased items even after looking at recipt. Horrible service, not friendly, not welcoming, sped kid responded with “i didn’t make the system” when confronted about not giving purchased items. Would not recommend. food was okay but service and staff were horrible.
