We had a wonderful time at Runza tonight. Not only was the food terrific, but we met Nick. Nick was excellent. Quick, happy, and willing to do anything to make our dinner more enjoyable. He answered all our questions with a smile on his face and was an extremely hard worker. Nick deserves a raise! He is the man!

This location in particular seems to have rude teenage staff that provide poor customer service. I tried to clarify my order twice and was interrupted both times and given the total. On another visit given incorrect order.

Very fresh food. Had to wait a little bit to eat cause it was so hot. Very clean space. Friendly and fast service. Had our food in less than 3 minutes. Recommend to everyone shopping at Village Pointe.

Unfortunately I was going to give total of five but this is like the fourth time I came here and something was wrong and this last time the fries were greasy and very very salty very. I don't know if this is happening on purpose or what. I don't like salt like that. It's so convenient cuz I live up the street but there's another one around the corner from me. I'll be going to that one for now on.

It seems to be a local favourite so I went for the cheese Runza meal and it really didn’t taste of anything other than salt. It wasn’t terrible at all and you could argue not bad value for money since it was fairly cheap, but not as good as I was expecting. Probably won’t go again if I’m in
I don't know what this Runza is doing differently than all the other ones, but they should take notes.Best Runza in town.

Visiting from Cali, A co-worker took me here for dinner. The two ladies behind the counter were hilarious and extremely helpful. I haven't had that much fun at any restaurant ever. Will eat at this store every visit to Omaha!

I love their fresh ground beef burgers and crinkle-cut French fries. They've been around awhile but door is always good. That's why they are still around.
