I always test a new ice cream parlor by ordering a hot fudge sundae. First, the store has a large selection of chocolates for sale and the prices looked reasonable. The staff was friendly and prompt. A good variety of ice creams to choose from. The sundae, however, was a flop. It comes layered in a cup. The bottom layer was so-so. The fudge had an off-taste to it. The vanilla was OK, but equivalent to what I might find in a grocery store. the middle layer of fudge was plastic...
Lady behind counter was super helpful, patient and friendly. She even showed up where all the specials were located along with what we needed. My daughter even got to eat a sample. I think we spent more than we would normally. Enjoying our boxes....
Looking for boxed or individual chocolates? Special occasion or not this may be the place you are looking for. The have a large selection of unboxed chocolates, all clearly labeled and priced. They have seasonal products year round. Lots of sugar free sweets. Lots of discounted 'bloopers'. This location also has ice cream. The staff is mostly helpful and friendly. The place is clean and mostly in order. Check out the caramel apples.
