I had their Philly it was amazing not only the staff, but the people are welcoming as well. Definitely will be back

they use frozen shrimp for the popcorn shrimp (i don’t know about the coconut shrimp) which is fine, it’s a bar what do you expect? but none of the shrimp is deveined, which if you don’t mind eating shrimp poop, go for it. but it’s gross to me. very sad we wasted $11 on that.

1st time in Omaha!! Visiting the rusty nail. I was greeted by smiling faces. Very welcoming. Drinks are well served. I had appetizers. Onion rings are hand battered. Absolutely amazing. Fries are hand cut and delicious!! Totally recommend this bar!! Football on all tvs!! I loved it!!

We went for karaoke & drinks. The kitchen forgot to put cheese on my totchos but the server was all over it by bringing me cheese after I told her. The service was great, we were never waiting. The karaoke was so much fun! Highly recommend for a fun night out.

One of the servers was very rude today.. about the patio being closed.... you can't smoke or vape inside and they shut the patio down because they get to hot. Never have i ever.. and I been coming here decades.... and she was awfully cocky and shitty about it. No need for that...I probably won't be back. My friend and and my ex husband say the same thing about her.. get rid of her.. short chubby brunette with glasses and just past shoulder length hair. Big mouth. Not the tiny brunette bartender she was wonderful

We had such a great Monday night dinner here with the kids. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Service was quick but never rushed, and they were awesome with the kids—patient, kind, and easygoing. Perfect spot for a laid-back family night out.
I am not a complainer. This is not the first time we've tried to go to the Rusty Nail for a drink or dinner or brunch, and have been totally ignored. The latest incident, my husband and I wanted to stop for a quick drink on our way home. 3 waitresses behind the bar, and not one looked our way or said hi or boo or anything!!! 2 were leaning on the bar talking with their friends.
It was not that busy.
As i said, this is not the first time this has happened. Sadly it's not even the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th time ..its the norm there
