Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Picked a table right by the bar. Waited a few minutes for a server to drop off menus and tell us our server would be right with us. About 10 minutes later our server come to the table. We order drinks and then order food when she brings our drinks. My mom ordered eggs and bacon and I ordered a chicken strip basket. Over 30 mins later I asked the server to see how long our food would be and she came back and said they were just about to start our order!!!! Said they were short handed… mind you we were seated right outside the kitchen and could see 1 cook leaning on the counter on his phone and only about 4 time left the kitchen in over 30 mins! 1 of which was an employee’s food that eaten at a table behind us while rolling silverware. Not really even semi professional to eat at a table while touching silverware that someone else will be using. Ultimately we ended up leaving. Waiting over 30 mins for some of the simplest food is not acceptable when the restaurant is not even busy!
