I visited the restaurant Saturday February 8th and had a terrible experience with the gentleman working. I came to pick up the food I asked if the order was ready. I was told that the order was not started yet and he told me that he did not care. The lack of respect was truly surprising. I understand these jobs can be stressful but I've rarely been treated so badly in a restaurant. He finally apologized after I insisted that I deserve some level of basic respect.

I absolutely love eating at this place. The tacos are amazing and there are so many good ones to choose from. I wish this place was closer to home but then I'd pry eat there too often.

I have been going to this place since 2018. I always loved it and the food and staff there was always amazing. I now have an inspiration to stop smoking thanks to the cashier. We said what the order was probably three or four times before he said he understood us. And the proceeded to argue with me when i brought the food back for being wrong. Like I wasn’t standing right there when my boyfriend was ordering. Then they just took the now cold, plain, quesadilla and just tore it apart and put chicken that was sitting on the counter with it. And tried to squish the cold cheese back together . As a cashier you are paid to take orders at least be sober enough to do that please. Don’t act like I’m an inconvenience to you when your high *** can’t click the right buttons in the screen. I don’t blame the company I blame the workers. Do better. Not to mention the nachos were cold when they came out. Just to add that cherry on top for us. We will not be going back. Seriously disappointed.
