I visited the restaurant Saturday February 8th and had a terrible experience with the gentleman working. I came to pick up the food I asked if the order was ready. I was told that the order was not started yet and he told me that he did not care. The lack of respect was truly surprising. I understand these jobs can be stressful but I've rarely been treated so badly in a restaurant. He finally apologized after I insisted that I deserve some level of basic respect.

I absolutely love eating at this place. The tacos are amazing and there are so many good ones to choose from. I wish this place was closer to home but then I'd pry eat there too often.
Great place with tacos that I consider to be more gourmet tacos. One more more favorite places to eat and grab a quick lunch.

I have been going to this place since 2018. I always loved it and the food and staff there was always amazing. I now have an inspiration to stop smoking thanks to the cashier. We said what the order was probably three or four times before he said he understood us. And the proceeded to argue with me when i brought the food back for being wrong. Like I wasn’t standing right there when my boyfriend was ordering. Then they just took the now cold, plain, quesadilla and just tore it apart and put chicken that was sitting on the counter with it. And tried to squish the cold cheese back together . As a cashier you are paid to take orders at least be sober enough to do that please. Don’t act like I’m an inconvenience to you when your high *** can’t click the right buttons in the screen. I don’t blame the company I blame the workers. Do better. Not to mention the nachos were cold when they came out. Just to add that cherry on top for us. We will not be going back. Seriously disappointed.

I had the shrimp taco and fish taco. Both were amazing!!! The Baja sauce is soooo good!!! We got our food quickly. We sat outside. Inside was clean. Our order was correct. The employees were friendly. Highly recommend!!

Didn't get drink ordered, taco bowl was like a bean soup
Absolutely love this location. Not only is the food great but the staff are too! They bring the food to you, unlike the Lincoln location, and the staff clean up tables right away so people have places to sit even when it’s busy.

Usually love coming here, but on Friday they’re open until 10 but grill closes at 9. We came right at 9 wanting to order some tacos but couldn’t :(

This was the worst experience I have had at any place. I order the beef brisket nachos whit everything on the side since they don't travel well. I did this since they were not busy only 2 people already eating at a table. I also asked for am extra side for all the toppings since they give you enough chips for 2 serving. Obviously willing to pay for it. Once I got my order I noticed I did not get the extra toppings I asked for and noriced a long hair on the box of chips. Upon talking to the manager who original handed me my order and explaining the situation he got defensive amd aggressive towards me amd they told me I was the aggressor. I come from 20 years of managing restaurants and know mistakes happen so I was not being rude just asked for what was missing and the vBox with the hair to be changed out. At that point he asked to leave and would not fix my order and advised me everything was correct and if I didn't take my incorrect order and leave he would call the cops on me.....again I was nothing but polite and never got upset with them.....I will never go to another rusty tacos if this is how manager's deal with incorrect order....also I explained the mistake could have been because the cashier was kn his second day and maybe it was put in incorrect and that it's understandable. The manager would have nothing to do with it and just said leave or I will call the cops. Never again will I go back, also the meat is not fresh they us water throughout the day to water it down to make it moist again. This come from a friend that works at the Elkhorn location.

This place is meh. My tacos were decent but my husbands were greasy and not great, we put napkins under his tacos to soak up whatever liquid poured out of them. The Queso was okay but I could make it at home with velveeta and chili. Service was trash. The guy working the counter was incredibly rude. We greeted him and he cut my husband off to answer the phone, then hung up and just looked at us. Then continued to mumble everything and was just rude. Save your money, find another taco spot.
