terrible customer service. i’ve been here a couple of times, and every time the service staff is horrible. they dont speak up, aren’t friendly, act annoyed when you order, bothered that they have to do their job almost. if their staff would be nicer it’d be more enjoyable to come spend my money here. but i’ll gladly take my business elsewhere 🤷🏻♀️

Arrived at 340 PM on Saturday August 9th and ordered. There were 3 tables waiting ahead of us for their orders. There was one person working preparing the food in the kitchen and one at the register. It was taking an extremely long time to get each order out. 2 mor groups one of 4 and one of 2 after us. After waiting for 40 minutes the table of 4 that came in behind us received 4 orders of nachos. I went up to the counter because there was still one table that came in before us and they had not been served nor us. I asked how much longer and the young man said he was doing them in order that came in. I explained that the table of 4 that they served came in after the table before us and ourselves. He said he decided to just get their order out of the way because it was nachos. I said we ordered nachos. After 50 minutes of waiting and watching the one at the register play with a pair of tongs the whole time instead of helping out the one in the kitchen. We asked for our money back and left. We received credit for our initial order but not the tip that we paid. This is exactly why I do not like the tip feature being taken prior to receiving your order!
I have worked in food service for many years, I’ve bussed tables, washed dishes, waited, cooked and managed. I understand having lack of experience, how long it takes to prepare and serve food. This was excessively long especially since the amount of customers they were dealing with.
Service- 0 lack of motivation and organization of keeping orders in proper order. Lied about serving in order. Ridiculously slow, train to prepare food in a timely manner. It wasn’t even busy, I could’ve knocked everyone’s orders out in under 10-15 minutes that was there the whole time I was there.
Food- I couldn’t tell you, I had to leave and get Runza next door which had 4 cars in front of us and we were eating our food in under 5 minutes from ordering.
Atmosphere- establishment was clean and comforting except there was 2 dirty tables that the cashier could’ve at least cleaned off instead of playing with tongs and not helping the cook.
I was really looking forward to the birria brisket tacos.
I will try this location out again sometime down the road and hopefully I can give a better review.

We have gotten take out here 4 times and they are 50% for giving the food ordered. Also tacos are mislabeled. The food is good but I just think they don’t care from a customer service standpoint? If you get take out you have to make sure you actually got what you paid for is all. We love their queso!
We have been going to this location since it opened. Today was the first really bad experience. The meat in my taco was burnt to the point of crunchy. We took it up to the counter and, they made me another, the exact same thing! Totally ruined my appetite. Every low table was dirty and the young lady behind the counter obviously didn't want to be there. Pretty sad no one cared enough to even apologize. Not one table was wiped down in the half hour we were there.

The first time I tried Rusty Taco, I simply hated it. I went there a second time, and I loved it. I ordered a beef taco with jalapenos and a shrimp taco, and both were excellent. I'll be going back soon.

1/31/25 ordered 2 bowls to go specifically without beans. Got home, they both had beans. 2nd time at this location where either the service was bad, or they messed up my order. Its too bad, I like their food, but won’t tolerate poor service anymore.
