A friend and I visited this location to enjoy some tacos. The tacos were disgusting. We were offered some taco coupons. Figure why not give it another shot. We end up visiting a different location hoping to use the coupons and pay for a couple other tacos to try. The coupons are only good for the mediocre location, one taco per transaction to top it off! We left. The Center location should have honored at least one coupon as I have now thrown them away and will never visit a Rusty Taco again. Great job guys.

Working next to the Rusty Taco it goes under my nose, but today I decided to take a sniff. Staff is as friendly as can be, while the food goes unrivaled. All is no match for their frozen margaritas, which I would gladly pay double the price for. A great spot to unwind, get some grub and enjoy a clean restaurant.

This was by far the rudest costumer service I have ever encountered. I was accompanied by my SERVICE animal when this man came around the corner telling me he wasn’t allowed there, I began to show him my paperwork and proof of training when he stated he did not care and we needed to leave the building, which is illegal btw service animals are allowed to be in all places for a REASON. i highly recommend you educate your staff on these laws before they are rude and attempt to kick out perfectly safe costumers. On top of that no one was willing to serve my family at the bar and it genuinely seemed like everyone there hated there jobs. Simply bad service.
Unbelievably AWFUL experience. Just AWWWFUL!! The staff made numerous mistakes on my order. The girl taking my order laughed in my face because I couldn't hear her whispered voice. She charged me for food I didn't order ? The manager refunded the money, but could only show me a receipt for the refunded item. I asked for a new receipt detailing my order and new charges. He printed a new receipt and the charges and the food was still in the receipt. The manager said to log on to my banking account and watch for the refunds to see if he got it right. ? WTH!!
He also stated that the issue with the front counter employee is that my appearance "scared the s--t outta her." Besides that he asked how everything was and I showed him on my TWO receipts the Margherita I ordered was supposed to be frozen and was wrong, to which he replied "that one my fault, sorry, and continued working.
Three tasteless birra tacos, flavorless flat white rice, and a wrong Margherita with NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER to really care at all.

Service was fast and friendly but the food was below average. Tortillas were soggy and the chicken tacos were filled with giant chunks of chicken completely throwing the texture off and making it hard to eat. Brisket was salty. The taste of the queso is unnervingly similar to corn chowder. Churros are not filled with chocolate like advertised online. Overall disappointing.

It pains me to write this, but it is what it is. We’ve been in this location many, many times and have experienced great service and food. However, today’s visit likely results in us not returning.
The general environment was dirty and the music was way too loud. The floors and many tables were in desperate need of cleaning. The salsa refrigerator and counter area were nasty. The taco tortillas were hard and not fresh. The tortilla chips tasted old - not just hours old, more like days old. The salsas (all three) didn’t taste right and were extremely watered down. We did ask about those and were told the prep guy hasn’t been doing a good job lately and changed how they’re made. Why hasn’t that been addressed?
We were simply disappointed in the entire experience. They have a great business model and we had high hopes of success, but if today represents the new standard they won’t last.

We live close to R taco and it used to be our easy button. WE LOVED this location when they first opened. The food was hot, fresh and consistently good. Now we eat here sparingly. This locations tables are beat up outside and broken. We’ve had to had food remade on more than one trip and we’ve even reached out to management before posting a review about how things have gone downhill. Long story short- the food is now edible but usually cold and not what it used to be. R Taco is generally awesome, Just not this location which is a bummer for how close we live.
