I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. My go-to for years was the sesame chicken, but I have since expanded to everything from beef pho to grilled pork chop and curry chicken. Service has always been reliable and friendly as well.

We were in Omaha visiting some friends, and this is where they suggested we eat for dinner. Great choice! The food was great, the service was on point, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect for having a nice conversation over our meal. We would definitely go back here again!

as a truck driver that been on road last 10 years i have ate pho 2x a week in most states. This is really good 👍 the beef short ribs was fire and the broth on pho was excellent. Best in Omaha for sure !

Saigon has been a favorite place in the city (lunch, dinner, fresh spring roll snack) for over 6 years. Now we live 5 miles away - like a personal 👨🍳 We love spring rolls and vermicelli bowls. Peanut dipping sauce for the rolls is awesome. 1/2 orders on anything available. The servers and owners are so kind! Very detail oriented. We have a special needs eater in our family - the servers once modified a meal order to protect us when I forgot to say " no ____." Both dine in and pick up orders are prepared quickly and arrive hot, fresh, delicious. Highly recommend Saigon.

They need to get more than one girl for the several jobs she is doing. Staffing is not adequate for busy times
The broth had no flavor in the hieu tieu. The bun bo hieu was too spicy for my wife to enjoy and she can usually handle most spice levels. We had a party of 5 and a baby and they stamped us a service charge of 25%. I went to talk to the owner and she said she was messing with the computer and it charged 25% instead of 18%. Not coming back next time we're in town.

Love Saigon! Very authentic . Very big menu with good variety. I'm a big bun bo hue fan. I try it everywhere I go. The only thing about Saigon bun bo hue is that they don't have variety of ingredients like pork blood, pork feet etc like other restaurants and the portion of beef is not much altho their udon noodle is very good. So I get bun bo hue somewhere else. But other food is so so good !! I recommend this restaurant highly.

Speaking as a Vietnamese person, their pho broth is very bland. Seafood was also super bland. Portions were small. Noodles were not normal pho noodles. I'm not sure about their other menu items but I wouldn't recommend the pho here.
