This is our all time favorite restaurant. We drive 22 miles just to eat here. The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I have been eating here for about 25 years and it has maintained its excellent all those years.

I just got off the phone with the owner about a take out order they we purchased. We order pork spring rolls, hot & sour soup and stir fried low mein with meat and vegtables. They also had a seafood option, which I did not order because of a seafood allergy. We got home and opened up the order and the low mein had shrimp it there too. I checked the menu online to see if I made a mistake and confirmed that I had not. I called and spoke to the women that helped me check out and explained to her what happened and she told me that the same thing happened to a customer of hers tonight at the resturant. She put me on hold and the owner of the resturant got on the line. I explained to her what happened and she told me that I could come back so she could look at it and she would see what she could do. I told her that I did not want to make another trip, but I would be happy to put it in the fridge and bring it back tomorrow. All I wanted was a credit or a partial refund as the other two items were fine. She told me know that it was my responsibility to check the food before I go and the always put shrimp in the meat and vegtable option. I reminded her that the menu they have on their facebook page shows two options on with meat and one with seafood. She told me it was still my responsibility and she was not going to do anything about it. Horrible customer service and I would not trust how they make anything if they give that response to what could have been a life theatening situation. I will not risk they food again.

They should train the staff to be more welcoming and attentive to incoming customers. Don't let the customer stand and wait without being greeted.Also, saving is one thing, but reusing a hot sauce that expired more than 3 years ago, is just filthy and unhygienic... they refilled the expired hot sauce bottle with something else. What were you thinking??

It was super slammed and they still made us feel very taken care of. Cassarah is exceptional! She has the best attitude, even when it was beyond busy. Thank you! The food is phenomenal. I always order the Pho and I am never disappointed. The bubble tea is very good also.

I wanted to try out other Vietnamese restaurants around the area so I wanted to give this place a chance. It was a bit busy during lunchtime so we had to wait for a little bit before we got seated. I ordered the Quang style noodle soup while my partner got the grilled lemongrass pork meatballs vermicelli bowl. We also got a plate of Saigon Chicken Wings and egg rolls as our appetizers (forgot to take a pic ) The wings weren't anything special, they just tasted like standard fried chicken. I was hoping it would be like the fish sauce glazed chicken wings that I'm used to seeing at Vietnamese restaurants (cánh gà chiên nước mắm). The egg rolls came with a side of fish sauce as a dipping sauce. The fish sauce was way too sweet and I could barely taste any fish sauce. For the main food, the Quang noodle soup was just ok. The broth was a bit too sweet to my liking and didn't have much flavor . However the portions were good and there were a lot of toppings. The vermicelli bowl was also just alright. The meatballs didn't have much lemongrass in them so they kind of just tasted like ordinary meatballs. Overall, this place was alright. I would come back to try out other foods though

Whoa... a 'new-to-me' dish from here, Vietnamese beef stew. (Bo Kho) "Every bite of our tendered beef will bring you the lingering scent of basil, carrots, lemongrass, star anise, ginger and light cinnamon. Served with a choice of rice noodles." I was surprised at the hint of sweetness and savoriness of the broth. So good! Food, Service, Ambiance = 5

I'm gonna give this place 4 stars. I am a recent transplant to Nebraska from the west coast. I love Pho and have been searching for a decent bowl since moving here. I have got to say, as Pho goes, Omaha tends to fall short. I kept hearing how great the Pho is here at Saigon. I tried it and admit it is good compared to the others around town that I have tried so far, yet it still falls a little short as well. Don't get me wrong, the place is amazing. The other food I saw and had was fantastic. The pork spring roll was outstanding. The service was superb!! I had a decent meal, and found the place to do a steady dine in and take out business. Those are all great signs of a good restaurant. However, my search goes on for the perfect bowl of Pho here in Omaha (Remember people, it's all in the broth)

The staff is so friendly and you can tell they know their jobs well. Even know our order when we come in. Just all around amazing! 100/10 couldn't praise them enough! Gladly spend my money on their food! (Also..If you love phò, you'll love this place!) *Photos are of the fish clay pot with rice, extra raw beef phò, rangoons and calamari.Parking: All around front and share on side with other businesses. Always find parking accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a cement ramp..there are two sets of doors but I'm sure staff would gladly help if need be. Very friendly!
