Unable to get it. No available parking spaces except for 15 minute pick up spots. At least 15 cars were circling the lot. Nuts.
So slooooooooooooooooooooooow. If time is not a factor, this place is for you. If not paying attention to customers is your thing, this place is for you.

Tried to call to order take out. Called and called for over 5 minutes. It just rang. The last time I tried to order takeout the line was busy constantly so I drove there to place my order and told them my calls weren’t going through. They didn’t care. This time since my calls still weren’t going through I decided to go to another Thai restaurant. They officially lost my business
Ordered take out including the Thai soup, we were told 1 hour wait time to pick up.. that was fine... I showed up to pick up the order 1 hour later, paid and tipped 20%, then was told at the counter that they could not make the soup due to a failed burner. Nobody called to tell us or anything, and didnt say anything until after I paid and tipped.. I asked for a different dish to replace the soup and was told no problem, they would get it ready asap.. 30 minutes later I asked what was going on and how much longer.. I was told the kitchen forgot to prepare any of the order and were trying to get it done.... Absolutely terrible service and communication. I feel like they lied to get payment and tip then decided to tell me about the mistake.. had I know the order was never started 1 hour after placing it I would have went somewhere else.. I won't be returning..

I’d heard great things about this place, so we stopped in for something to eat. Overall, the service was solid and our food came out fast. We ordered the crab rangoon, chicken Pad Thai, and a bowl of pho. The rangoon were good, the pho was really flavorful, but the pad Thai was pretty average and the flavor and noodles felt flat. We ordered a spice level 6 and it did have a nice kick. They had a ton of DoorDash and takeout orders going out, so it’s clearly a popular spot. It just wasn’t as good as people hyped it up to be, but I’m still glad we tried it. Next time I’ll try something different. Worth a stop out, but better Pad Thai out there.

Terrible hostess/greeting staff. Inaccurate hours when you go inside they say they are closed for dinner “kitchen” at 8:00pm but dinner hours are only 5-9pm. I have been a regular for 10 years+ when this place was a hole in the wall and it has gone down hill completely. Food portions have minimized tremendously. Food flavor and spice is never the same depending the cook. Wait for food and service also way too prolonged.
I went to Salween Thai on a Friday night, and most tables were taken. It took a couple of minutes for us to be sat down, and another 25 for us to get drinks and to order. Service was slow. However, I offer them grace due to how good the food was. It was like nothing I had ever tasted before. I ordered the coconut chicken soup with a spice level of seven out of ten. My nose was running, but it wasn’t overwhelming. I would highly recommend Salween Thai to anyone looking for great Thai food.

Love this place!!! The food is so good, the ULTIMATE comfort food. We bring so many of our friends here and they have all fallen in love as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in search of some savory comfort food.

The ordering app said 45 minutes but evidently it isn't correct. Many people waiting for their food. Food was handed directly to us but all appetizers were cold. Chick added to my noodle dish was dry and tough.. it was just too expensive for sub par food.
Food is always great!! We have had almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.
The only thing I would change are the take out/left over containers. It breaks my heart they are still using environmently unfriendly foam.
Quality has just decreased over the last couple of years. It's okay :)
Best Thai Food in the STATE. Possibly MidWest.
The food is excellent, though I always get the same thing: pad thai. One of the few places where you can get really spicy food that actually has good flavor.
The interior is organized and clean. My only thought is that it is a bit too quiet; I can often hear other conversations clearly.
