Astonishing does not describe our experience at Santoro. We had been long-time patron of Rivera's and have been looking forward to trying this since Santoro was announced.
It surpassed every expectation we had. The new dishes were sublime. The Steak Aguachile was complex, the Pork Shank was fall off the bone delicious and my wife's shrimp was perfection. Cannot wait to go back!
