I had a Halloween party there a few years back and it was perfect. The location is great, the facility so chic, and the staff was tremendous!
It was the worst customer services ever. One of the bartenders was sitting on top of the cooler drinking and just talking with a customers we ask for a mojito and the other girl was making our mojito without the white rum, then a couple get in to the bar and the bartender sitting on the cooler start criticizing the couple laughed about the guy mustache it was horrible another couple get to the bar to and they leave because nobody help them.

Top notch cider and space! The space is large and comfortable, and has a charming mid-century modern motif. The cider itself was diverse in flavor and incredibly well-done; nothing was overly saccharine nor putrid. The staff were all incredibly helpful and warm, and recommended other local spots for us to try.
Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free menu items to complement their naturally gluten-free cider!

The furniture is amazing!
5:15 on a Sunday afternoon. Nobody even acknowledged us after 15 minutes and there were only 4 people in the restaurant and 4 behind the bar.
Great place to reserve for a large group or party! Saro kindly hosted my graduation party and it was the most wonderful experience. The layout is open in such a way that I did not feel like anyone was excluded during the party because we could always have eyes on everyone there. The turnout was quick throughout the entire night for drinks and we never ran out of yummy easily snackable plates. As an added bonus, everything on their menu is gluten free so it was very inclusive to our GF friends & family. They also let me play my own music. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first visit to Saro Cider Lounge, but it will not be my last. The assortment of ciders was impressive. My favorite was the cranberry spice. Delicious food options accompany the cider assortment - with many gluten free options available. The atmosphere was comfortable, contemporary, and accommodates individuals as well as small conversation groups. Saro is a bit out of the way, near the Old Market, but closer to the Duram Museum. It is worth the few extra steps.I took this picture after leaving, so it is a bit blurry. The inside is lovely and welcoming.
