Continuously come to this location and give them chances because it’s close to home but continuously there have been issues. Get the same drink every single weekend, came today and the taste/look was extremely off. Went back through the line to get it corrected - they took the drink, dumped it into a new cup, and handed it back. Tasted the exact same, sour and incorrect. Not quite sure what is going on here, but for someone who was trying to bring light to an issue (like maybe bad milk?) it was handled carelessly. Do better, Scooters

Monday Oct 3rd I stopped after work at 4:40 for a coffee had the best customer service experience in a very long time. There was only one employee car in the parking lot, so I was worried about how long of a wait it was going to be. The young woman working the speaker was super friendly and energetic. I get to the window and it’s the same girl. She said they were short handed so she was doing both jobs. She was just as friendly at the window as she was on the speaker. She was short handed, yet still was super positive and worked very fast and did a great job with my order. I was not able to see her name tag because she was too short. Otherwise I would give her a shout out by name. I hope this gets to her. She made my day with her positivity and friendliness. The quickness while being short handed didn’t hurt any either!

The selection of coffees was really good. We weren’t sure what to get, and the staff recommended some things and it ended up being very good. The staff were very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was also so relaxing.

I ordered a caramel latte, half sweet. I got my coffee and drove away. When I tasted it, it wasn't what I ordered. I looked at it and there was a sticker that said pumpkin spice. I don't know what they used, but it tasted like chemicals. I had to just throw it away because it was too awful to drink. Because I was on the road doing my errands, it wasn't feasible to drive back for a replacement. It was such a turnoff, I won't risk getting coffee there again.

I’m a former Scooters barista, and the consistent rudeness from the team at this location is wild. My partner and I come through this location every weekend, and without fail someone on this team is rude or condescending, and our orders are wrong. My partner especially, when he orders does not know the menu like the back of his hand and will ask a question - and every time without fail they take a tone and approach that leads to the customer feeling stupid. I get you have a target time to hit, but if someone is asking clarifying questions perhaps kindness can go farther than being quick or snappy in the name of lane times.

The baristas I’m sure are not doing much wrong BUT the leadership in this store needs to properly staff and help their baristas grow because just from observation after 5:30pm today it took one car almost 12 minutes from having their order taken to leaving the drive thru. This is a HUGE failing on the managements part in this store. Take care of your baristas and you would’ve made so much more money per half hour.

I stop at this location on my way to and from work and even from another state on the weekends. Hands down this location has some of the BEST and MOST friendliest staff around. If you don't leave with a smile on your face because of the conversation you will because of the magnificent drinks!
