I live right across the street from this Scooter’s, so naturally this is the most convenient spot for me. But honestly? This location is the only place in Omaha that treats mobile orders like a suggestion instead of an actual order.
I place my order 15 minutes ahead so I can grab it and go, simple, right? Apparently not here. They don’t even start making your food until you pull up to the window. So you STILL wait, just as long as if you hadn’t ordered ahead at all. And then, on top of that, I still have to wait for everything to cool down because it’s fresh out of the oven. It defeats the entire point of ordering ahead.
It’s annoying, it’s inconvenient, and it’s honestly baffling because no other restaurant in Omaha does this. Every other Scooter’s — including the one I used to go to on 60th & L — makes your order when it comes in. That location was perfect. This one is… not. It's a major letdown.

Scooter's has the best coffee from any restaurant. I love the carmelicioys and scooterdoodle flavors. The baristas are always friendly, and they have a big smile when they greet us. Scooter's is my go to coffee place.
